This was my first time staying at this hotel (chosen because it is top-rated), but unfortunately it was a disappointing experience for me as a business traveller. Apart from the central location, the stay did not meet my expectations. I booked a double-bed room and requested the second floor with a temple view. The staff informed me that the second floor was fully booked, and even the double-bed rooms were unavailable, so they gave me a twin room (no. 3) and pushed the beds together. The only good part was that the room still had a partial temple view from the window. The room itself was beautifully decorated, but there were no basic amenities such as slippers, toothbrush, razor, or comb unless requested at reception. I returned to the hotel close to midnight after a long day, only to find the reception closed, no staff available, and no information on how to contact anyone. There was also no in-room phone. I had to walk barefoot on the cold hard floor, could not brush my teeth, and could not request an iron to prepare for my meeting the next morning. In the morning, staff were still not present at 6:00 AM when I needed toiletries. When they finally arrived, I overheard the housekeeper saying they had run out of stock and that I should “go buy it outside,” which made me feel quite unwelcome as a guest paying a high room rate. The receptionist then repeated the same message without offering any guidance on where to buy items. Additionally, while the hotel claims to reduce single-use amenities for environmental reasons, they still provide drinking water in plastic bottles instead of glass — something that should be improved. I would like to compliment the staff member on duty on the morning of the 12th Nov 2025 at around 6:00 AM. I wanted to prepare food for almsgiving, and he kindly gave me helpful advice. He even went to ask a nearby vendor to bring the items I needed so that I could receive the service conveniently. I truly appreciate his assistance and excellent service. Overall, the lack of essential amenities, poor service availability, and unprofessional attitude made my stay uncomfortable. This will be my first and last stay at this hotel.

En general, ¡este hotel fue una experiencia fantástica! La habitación estaba limpia y cómoda, completamente equipada, y la ropa de cama era suave y limpia. El servicio de recepción fue amable y profesional, y el registro fue eficiente. La ubicación es excelente, lo que lo hace conveniente para viajar, con fácil acceso a restaurantes y transporte. El desayuno era variado y delicioso. ¡Sin duda, me alojaría aquí de nuevo!

The TV didn’t work. When we asked about getting it fixed, we were told it couldn’t be fixed because it’s a problem specific to Laos, and anyway, ‘no one watches TV here.’ We later got an internet TV box, but that didn’t work either. The bathroom sometimes has a slight sewage smell at night—possibly because the room hasn’t been used for a while. The restaurant food is quite good and reasonably priced, though the service could be improved. Both times we ate there, they got our order wrong.

La ubicación es bastante buena, tranquila a pesar de estar en una zona concurrida. El desayuno está incluido, lo que la convierte en una excelente opción por su precio. La ropa de cama está limpia y la estancia es cómoda.

Esta es mi segunda vez aquí y sigo muy satisfecho. La habitación es amplia y limpia, con un patio trasero; el personal es atento y entusiasta; la ubicación es ideal para visitar diversos lugares; y el desayuno es delicioso. Sin duda volveré.

El hotel presume de un entorno hermoso y tranquilo, habitaciones limpias con todas las comodidades y agradables suelos de madera. También cuenta con un pequeño balcón ideal para disfrutar del té. El desayuno es bueno, con una variedad de especialidades locales y postres, además de un puesto de fideos. Excelente relación calidad-precio, muy recomendable.

Le meilleur hôtel de notre séjour au Laos. Un véritable plaisir d’être logé ici, la chambre est spacieuse, joliment décorée et comfortable! La couette et le matelas sont supers, la douche est fonctionnelle et l’eau chaude! Mais le plus incroyable reste l’équipe des lieux, un véritable bonheur chaque jour, attentionnée, serviable, présente!! Mention spéciale pour Tom, le réceptionniste de nuit, un adorable jeune homme!! N’hésitez pas!

En general, estoy bastante satisfecho. Sólo quería preguntar si recogieron mi pequeño tarjetero negro durante la limpieza después del check-out.

Todo estuvo bien, el hotel está ubicado frente a la calle principal, que es más tranquila que otros hoteles en la calle principal, el personal fue amable y cortés, muy servicial. En cuanto al hotel, reservé una habitación con terraza y no estoy seguro de que esa fuera la habitación que me dieron, aún así, lo recomendaría a cualquiera que quiera venir a Luangprabang.

El hotel está situado en una pequeña cuna del río Mekong, pero puede estacionar, caminar hasta el río Mekong hasta cinco minutos, y es conveniente comer y comprar bienes de vida alrededor. La ubicación del hotel es tranquila y confortable cama y habitaciones son muy limpias.
