KKO KO HTETAn Absolutely Perfect Stay – Modern, Relaxing, and Incredible River Views! I recently had the pleasure of staying at the **Ji Hotel Vientiane Mekong Riverside, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From start to finish, the experience was absolutely excellent. Incredible Value: First and foremost, the price is very affordable. When you compare the cost to the high quality of the facilities, the beautiful modern decor, and the top-tier service you receive, it is an absolute steal Exceptional Service & Staff: The absolute highlight of my stay was the team. The staff members are incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. The overall service throughout my stay was very good, making me feel right at home. The Room: As you can see from my photos, the rooms are exceptionally modern, spacious, and spotless. The light-wood design gives it a very clean, calming vibe. The bed is incredibly comfortable, the flat-screen TV is massive, and having a private balcony with seating looking out over the Mekong River is just fantastic. Outstanding Facilities: The hotel amenities are top-notch. The rooftop area is stunning, featuring a beautiful pool and a huge outdoor lounge space (complete with a swing chair!) offering panoramic views of the river. It’s the perfect spot to relax and watch the sunset. They also have a bright, well-equipped fitness center and a brilliant, clean self-service laundry room with modern LG washers and dryers—a huge convenience for travelers. Great Breakfast: I didn't manage to snap any photos of the breakfast section while I was there, but it is definitely worth mentioning! The breakfast provided is very good and the perfect way to start your day before exploring the city. If you are visiting Vientiane, this hotel is a fantastic choice. You get beautiful views, wonderful amenities, truly outstanding hospitality, and unbeatable value for your money

CCali Girl JujuEl hotel fue una excelente elección para mi estancia. Su ubicación era muy conveniente, lo que facilitaba el acceso a los alrededores y a las atracciones cercanas. La habitación estaba limpia y bien cuidada, lo que me permitió relajarme cómodamente después de un largo día. El desayuno también era bueno, con suficiente variedad para empezar bien el día. Pero lo mejor de todo fueron las lavanderías gratuitas: fueron increíblemente prácticas y un gran beneficio adicional para los viajeros.

NNibbler IA solid little stay: nothing flashy, but it delivers where it counts. The room is clean, bright, and quiet, with TV, AC, a hairdryer, a fridge, water and toiletries included. Staff are friendly and easy to deal with. Breakfast is simple: eggs, toast and coffee/tea. Not a buffet spread, but a nice enough start to the day. The bus station is around a 12-minute walk. A few things to note: there's no elevator and the stairs are quite steep, checkout is at 11:00, and the pillows are a bit flat. Not major issues, but good to know. Overall, good value for the price. Would recommend for travellers who just need a clean, quiet room without any fuss

UUsuario invitadoLlegué a Vientián en tren. Había dos autobuses recogiendo pasajeros frente a la estación. Uno era un minibús que iba al mercado nocturno (30.000 kips) y el otro, un autobús público que iba a la Estación Central de Autobuses de Vientián (25.000 kips). El minibús que iba al mercado nocturno estaba lleno, así que tomé el que iba a la Estación Central de Autobuses. Al consultar Google Maps, el que iba al mercado nocturno era el transporte correcto. Eran casi las 21:00 cuando llegué a la estación de autobuses. Tenga en cuenta que la recepción cierra a las 22:00. Tomé un tuk-tuk por 50.000 kips (regateé desde 100 kips). El precio del viaje fue de 30.000 kips cuando tomé un coche desde el hostal de vuelta a la estación de autobuses para tomar el autobús 12 a la estación de tren de Vientián (Khamsavath). Tenga en cuenta que esta es una estación de tren diferente a la de la que llegué. Esa estación es utilizada por el tren Laos-China, mientras que la estación de Khamsavath es utilizada por el tren Laos-Tailandia. Lo anterior describe la ubicación del hostal en relación con las estaciones de tren y la Estación Central de Autobuses. En cuanto a la habitación en la tercera planta (¿era la segunda? Bueno, estaba en la planta más alta) que me asignaron, hay espacio suficiente para 6 camas (3 de dos pisos). Mi ropa de cama estaba impecablemente limpia. El aire acondicionado funcionaba perfectamente. El personal que me registró me ayudó con mi equipaje, lo cual agradecí mucho. También me indicó las instalaciones. Los baños y los aseos están en la planta baja. Están limpios. El baño que usé no tenía gel de ducha, jabón ni champú. No revisé los demás. La zona común está detrás de la recepción, en la planta baja. Tiene aire acondicionado y asientos cómodos. Hay un dispensador de agua fría. De nuevo, se agradece mucho. En una carpeta sobre un escritorio frente a la recepción hay información sobre transporte, tarifas y horarios de autobuses públicos. ¡Súper útil! El dueño (supuse que era él) tuvo la amabilidad de ayudarme a llamar un coche a la estación central. Salió con el calor a buscar el coche y se despidió de mí. Son detalles personales como este los que alegran el corazón. Sí, es un hostal que recomendaría. Las dos fotos adjuntas eran información expuesta en las paredes de la zona común, lo cual me resultó útil.

Smoke everywhere, even we call front desk and let them know, but they can’t do anything, because hotel owners by Chinese peoples. KKurzaWe had many difficulties at this hotel. What was good: the rooms were clean, despite many negative comments regarding cleanliness. We had all necessary things in the bathroom, hot water, etc. The aircon in the room worked fine and the beds were comfortable to sleep on. Breakfast is quite average and not much food for Western people. There are some things to eat such as fruits, yogurt, cereal, eggs but everything else are Asian food. What was bad: - Check-in was an absolute mess. The reception area looks like a ghost town with only one person checking in guests on a Saturday. We waited very long to be helped. Finally, after long waiting time we reach the room to see that someone else already occupies the room. Due to a severe lack of English from the receptionist, we explained there is someone staying in the room and that we need a different room. He nodded that he understood and typed on his computer, scan a new room key but gave the same room number three times. So three times we had to explain that we need a COMPLETE DIFFERENT ROOM since there are already guests inside. This took very long. We got a new room finally but it was a twin room and not the type of room we booked. - No sound proof walls, we can hear our neighbor coughing in his room at night - The gym is not functional at all. So many broken machines that we were not able to use the gym during our stay. There is also no air conditioner in the gym even for when it’s maintained better. - The elevator buttons are not working properly, the button to close the elevator door doesn’t work at all. Generally this hotel has the potential to be much better. Management seriously needs to improve these shortcomings.
