Vuelvo aquí de nuevo y siempre estoy contento con las instalaciones. El personal de recepción y el servicio de limpieza son siempre muy serviciales y llenos de energía. ¡Muy amables! ¡No puedo esperar a volver! Gracias

Ubicación excelente en Insadong. Está en una zona muy agradable llena de tiendas y restaurantes. Es posible ir andando a dos de los principales palacios, al barrio tradicional Bukchon hanok, al templo Jogyesa... además está muy cerca de la parada de metro y de varios autobuses. La habitación era amplia, limpia y cómoda. Hay nevera, hervidor de agua para hacer té y 2 botellas de agua diarias de cortesía.

La vista es muy bonita. La ubicación es muy buena y además está cerca de la estación de metro para ir a donde quieras. Es fácil llegar desde el aeropuerto de Gimpo. La habitación es realmente limpia y acogedora. La señora de la limpieza es muy amable.

El hotel es nuevo y, en general, tuvimos una buena estancia. Nos alojamos aquí 4 noches y nos permitieron dejar el equipaje durante un tiempo prolongado. La mayoría del personal fue muy amable, atento y se esforzó al máximo. SIN EMBARGO, el último día, le preguntamos al personal de recepción dónde estaba la otra salida, ya que nuestro transporte al aeropuerto nos esperaba allí (esta otra salida no se ve fácilmente desde el vestíbulo). Quizás fue por la barrera del idioma, pero el personal de recepción me dio varias respuestas sobre la señalización exterior del hotel y finalmente me gritó. Un rotundo no para un negocio orientado al servicio…

Beautifully designed and spotless, but several practical details need improvement Stay And4 is a beautifully designed, newly opened property with a stylish, modern interior. Everything looks carefully considered, from the bathroom fixtures to the refrigerator, microwave and water dispenser. The cleanliness is absolutely exceptional! A big compliment to the housekeeping staff, who clearly do an amazing job. Everything was spotless. I also appreciated the complimentary cup noodles and instant coffee in the communal area. However, despite the beautiful design, several practical details haven’t been thought through properly. Room comfort One important thing to know is that the room has no windows or natural daylight. The decorative curtains are beautifully executed and create a warm, inviting atmosphere, but having no daylight can feel unusual. At night, the standby lights on the TV and especially the water dispenser are extremely distracting. The water dispenser emits so much light that it actually illuminates the room when everything else is switched off. The power outlets next to the bed also don’t hold plugs securely. Even a slight movement of the charging cable can cause the plug to fall out. Bathroom The towels are extremely small, roughly the size of guest towels in the Netherlands rather than proper bath towels. For a relatively upscale property, this is disappointing. I asked the hotel about it and was told this is their standard size. Proper bath towels would be a significant improvement, especially for international guests. There is also no bath mat. The bathroom layout isn’t particularly practical either. There is a bathtub and an open shower, but the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel are in large dispensers fixed to the wall by the shower. They cannot be reached from the bathtub, meaning you have to get out or dispense the products into your hands beforehand. A strange design oversight. Housekeeping I stayed for two nights without any housekeeping. I don’t expect a full cleaning for such a short stay, but the very small trash bin wasn’t emptied, and used glasses and cups weren’t cleaned or replaced. A quick refresh would have been appreciated. Luggage storage The advertised “free luggage storage” is misleading in my opinion. There is no secure storage room, just a rack in a common area where you can attach your suitcase using a lock. Luggage remains accessible to other guests, making this unsuitable for open bags or valuables. I contacted the hotel about this because I wasn’t comfortable leaving my belongings there. The listing should be more transparent about what is actually provided. Carpeting The wall-to-wall carpeting looks beautiful now, but I question how well it will age and how easily it can be kept thoroughly clean. It’s also not ideal for guests sensitive to dust mites. A clear shoes-off policy might help maintain its condition. Entrance and surroundings The approach to the hotel and the entrance itself aren’t particularly inviting. The surroundings feel somewhat run-down, contrasting sharply with the beautiful interior. The stairwell in particular could benefit from refurbishment to create a better first impression. Overall Stay And4 has a lot of potential. The design is beautiful, the facilities are modern, and the cleanliness is genuinely outstanding. However, the many practical shortcomings make the experience less comfortable than the appearance suggests. Since the property is still new, I hope management takes this feedback seriously. Most issues could be resolved relatively easily and would significantly improve the guest experience. Good design should be about functionality and comfort, not just aesthetics.

Regresé a Corea después de un largo tiempo y, por recomendación de un amigo coreano, decidí alojarme aquí. Al principio, no sabía mucho sobre el hotel, pero el personal fue muy amable, me lo explicó todo con detalle y me dio varias recomendaciones útiles. El vestíbulo y el diseño interior eran muy elegantes, lo que me causó una excelente primera impresión. Como el hotel había sido renovado recientemente, la habitación estaba muy limpia y cómoda. Después de un largo vuelo, estaba bastante cansado, pero la cama y la almohada eran tan cómodas que pude descansar profundamente. También aprecié mucho que la habitación tuviera un purificador de aire, que ayudaba a mantener un ambiente fresco y agradable. Sobre todo, la ubicación era excelente: justo en el centro de una zona animada. Las calles circundantes estaban llenas de energía, y como es una de las zonas más populares hoy en día, vi a muchos turistas extranjeros, lo que le dio un ambiente muy internacional. Gracias a todo esto, mi viaje a Corea fue muy satisfactorio. ¡Muchas gracias! Si está considerando alojarse en una zona vibrante y llena de energía, le recomiendo este lugar con total confianza.

La estancia en el lugar es muy buena, el check in es instantaneo no se tiene que hablar con nadie del hotel solo se entra al cuarto y ya esta la llave en la cama. En lugar de la comida si es escasa pero si uno compra su propia comida y la pone en el refri es mejor. Se puede cocinar cómodamente.

El hotel está convenientemente ubicado en Gangnam y todo el personal es amable y servicial. Es limpio y tranquilo. La ropa de cama es suave y seca.

El hostal Gangman Seven me pareció una experiencia muy agradable. Por su precio, es realmente inigualable en Seúl. Aunque está un poco alejado del barrio turístico, está muy cerca de varias líneas de metro y está bastante limpio considerando el precio. ⬇️ Además, si sales del hostal, giras a la izquierda y caminas 6 o 7 minutos, verás este restaurante de dumplings (foto abajo). Son dumplings increíbles y asequibles; lo recomiendo encarecidamente. Volví dos noches.
