It was a wonderful stay here. Loved the convenience of shops, eateries, convenience store, JR bus terminal and station and Meitetsu Gifu so coming from the airport is no problem at all. Easy to locate the hotel. The hotel staff seems to be waiting for my arrival as I had pre informed that I would need a late check-in as my flight lands at night. They were also responsive and gave clear instructions on how to do a check-in after 12am. As always, cleanliness is top notch.

Y el dormitorio, el paisaje de primera clase, la habitación para ver fuera es una gran cabaña, y también puede ver el sol. Todos los servicios son educados. Los pisos 1 y 2 tienen ventiladores de aire libre y interiores para usos de turno masculino y femenino. Justo en ese día llueve, la temperatura es sólo 6 grados, lo mejor para la sopa de sopa. El desayuno es rico. Parque de distancia, caminar alrededor de 6-10 minutos A las cuatro y cinco, no hay nadie cerca de las seis, no hay restaurantes más de las siete, no hay tiendas de conveniencia cerca. Muy cerca de la estación de autobús, si se trata de una estación de ferrocarril o JR, aproximadamente 20-25 minutos. Si le gusta el lugar tranquilo y rural, es una opción absoluta.

Una estancia agradable con bonitas vistas al lago. El centro de bienestar también es estupendo. Hay varios restaurantes, pero son un poco caros. El desayuno es excelente.

Dormy inn at Gifu is located at a central location. If you take the overhead bridge, it’s a much shorter walk (7 mins) to Gifu train station. The hotel is prominently located so it’s hard to miss despite a short 10 mins walk if you walk along the roads. Eateries every where near the train station too. The room has a warm ambiance and is clean and comfortable (with exception of the pillow maybe too thin). There are no shower facilities inside the room as there is a big onsen for use. Travellers who want personal showers in the room may not be suitable. I love the onsen, it’s clean and nicely designed with stone flooring. There is also free Hershey ice cream, noodles at 9pm and all day nice coffee at the counter. Breakfast is worth it as there are many trademark local dishes you must try. What I love most of the hotel is the service. The staff was very friendly when I ask how to go to Gujo Hachiman and even printed the map and bus schedule. The fact they went an extra mile makes me love this hotel very much. Overall this is an amazing good value hotel that I love and highly recommend if you love onsen, food, good coffee. And excellent service too.

¡Hotel increíble cerca del río Nagaragawa! Disfruté muchísimo de la cena kaiseki y del desayuno por la mañana, además del baño al aire libre.

Excellent location for vacation and the hotel staff is friendly. The old concern is need at least 10 ~15 minutes walk to nearby convenience store.

Lovely hotel, had old money vibes. Seems to be a popular hotel for weddings. The breakfast and dinner were nice, but there is not much variety, seeing as the food served for breakfast was pretty much the same for the 2 mornings I was there. The room was nice and spacious, was clean and bright too - always a plus for me. My biggest downside is that for the room type I booked, the rooms were located along the same corridor as the back-of-house. So we could hear dishwashing and ventilation sounds.

Elegí este hotel porque estaba cerca de mi destino al día siguiente, pero resultó ser un hotel para parejas. La relación calidad-precio era excelente, menos de 400 RMB, y la habitación era enorme. El único inconveniente era que el check-in era solo después de las 9 PM y el check-out a las 10 AM del día siguiente. La habitación estaba bastante limpia, las instalaciones eran nuevas y los artículos de tocador eran de marcas reconocidas. La selección y el sabor del desayuno dejaban algo que desear, pero no fue un gran problema.

La limpieza era correcta. Fue una estancia perfectamente adecuada si solo necesitabas un lugar para dormir. Está a poca distancia del Centro Internacional de Conferencias, por lo que también es ideal para viajeros de negocios.
