MMarti_13ITC Windsor offers a refined and comfortable stay, with excellent service and a touch of colonial charm. The hotel is conveniently located between the airport and the city center, making airport access easy, though reaching central Bengaluru takes a bit longer.
The service and cleanliness standards are impressive, and the heritage-style architecture adds a unique character to the hotel. However, the bedrooms are not very spacious and lack natural light, which might be a downside for some guests.
The breakfast area is bright and inviting, offering a diverse selection of continental, Indian, and Asian options, all of good quality. On the other hand, the gym is quite small, and using it can be a bit uncomfortable due to limited space when shared with other guests.
I also had the chance to try The Royal Afghan, one of the hotel's restaurants, and it was a fantastic experience. The food was rich and flavorful—authentic North Indian cuisine with high-quality ingredients. While the dishes were on the heavier side, the taste and quality made it absolutely worth it.
Overall, ITC Windsor stands out for its hospitality, comfort, and convenient airport access, complemented by a delightful dining experience at The Royal Afghan.

Nuestra primera estancia en India, y qué estupendo estancia en el Hotel Chancery!
Me quedé aquí con un grupo de 6 estudiantes, y desde el momento en que llegamos, nos trataron con la hospitalidad de primera clase. El personal nos acogió con sonrisas, puertas abiertas, ayuda con nuestra equipaje, y personalmente entregó todo lo correcto a nuestras puertas de la habitación realmente impresionante servicio desde el principio hasta el final.
Las habitaciones son tranquilas, limpias y muy cómodas.
El desayuno fue otro espectáculo! Una amplia selección de comidas indias y opciones japonesas también tan agradable sorpresa y absolutamente deliciosa.

La MG Road está a pie, con muchos restaurantes, tiendas y tiendas cerca. Comer, comprar y moverse a su alrededor fueron muy convenientes.
En general, el Hotel Chancery es fiable, muy valioso para el dinero y muy recomendado.

As Managing Director of Destination Transformation, a company dedicated to facilitating affordable, world-class medical tourism to India, I am always cautious when selecting accommodations for myself and my clients. Three-star hotels can often be hit or miss, with images and descriptions that don’t always match reality.
However, Narthaki Boutique Hotel far exceeded my expectations. From February 13 to February 16, 2025, I had the pleasure of staying here, and I was genuinely impressed by the experience.
The room and facilities were spotless, modern, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed that made for a restful stay. The hotel offers 5G wireless internet, which was fast and reliable—a huge plus for business travelers and digital nomads. An excellent restaurant and bar are attached to the hotel, providing both great meals and a relaxing atmosphere after a busy day.
The central location makes it easy to explore Bangalore, with plenty of shopping, dining, and attractions nearby. While there was no bar fridge in the room, at just $50 AUD per night, this is a minor detail that does not take away from the outstanding value this hotel provides.
I wholeheartedly recommend Narthaki Boutique Hotel for travelers looking for quality accommodation at an affordable price. It is now on our recommended list for clients traveling to Bangalore for medical or dental procedures, and I look forward to staying here again in the future!
