Fantastic stay at Pan Pacific Jakarta, such a beautiful hotel with lovely service all round. Special shout out to Eldria and the rest of the charismatic Pacific Club lounge team who made our stay both very welcoming and comfortable for our special occasion. The suite room is spacious, beautifully furnished, quiet and simply stunning views from the 88th floor. The tea, cake and decorative offerings for our anniversary were both delicious and delightfully presented. Pool on 71st floor is a welcome respite for refreshment with comfortable lounges. Breakfast is an absolute delight of fresh western and Indonesian treats for a great start to the day. The Pacific Club lounge is super spacious, fantastic Jakarta views, delectable food and drink offerings, comfortable seating complemented by some of the best genuine and warm hospitality I have experienced in thousands of hotel stays. Keep up the great work Pan Pacific!

I had a very enjoyable stay at Ascott Jakarta. The room was exceptionally spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment after a day of exploring the city. The location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. One area for improvement would be the breakfast selection, as a wider variety of options would enhance the overall experience. Nevertheless, the quality of the stay, the large room size, and the comfort provided more than made up for this. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would gladly return on my next visit to Jakarta.

Muy cómodo, cerca de la Expo Internacional de Yakarta, vale la pena quedarse, el desayuno también es muy rico y delicioso, hay comida china y comida indonesia, también hay café y delicioso arroz con pollo de Hainan.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, polite, and always ready to help with any questions. Check-in was fast and smooth, which made a great first impression. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was soft, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the room had everything needed for a relaxing stay. I especially liked the modern design and the beautiful atmosphere throughout the hotel. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and everything always smelled fresh and clean. The hotel location was also very convenient, close to restaurants, shops, and popular places to visit. It was easy to get around and explore the area. The breakfast had many delicious options, and the food quality was much better than expected. I also appreciated how quiet and peaceful the hotel felt, even during busy hours. One of the best parts of my experience was the service. Every staff member was friendly, professional, and attentive. They always greeted guests with a smile and made me feel comfortable and valued throughout my stay. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable place to stay. Thank you for the amazing hospitality and great memories!

No se recomienda si buscas un estándar de hotel de 5 estrellas. El personal es amigable, pero la habitación no se ve como las fotos que muestra. Las luces de mi habitación son bastante oscuras, y al lado de la carretera. Así que incluso a las 12 h aún está bastante ruido desde el exterior. Y los plugs junto a la cama tienen problemas, así que tengo que informar a la equipo. Para el teléfono, no pude llamar a la equipo, probablemente dijeron un problema técnico, así que ven y corrigílo. Pero después de comprobarlo dijo porque no presioné 0 primero. Creo que sería genial si en el teléfono pueden poner una guarnición de instrucción mejor. La luz en el baño también es bastante oscura, es difícil para una dama hacer el maquillaje porque la luz no es suficiente y no hay ningún espejo pequeño adicional que pueda zoom en ver el tipo de detalle. La ubicación es excelente, puede pasear por la plaza indo y grande indo. El personal también es amigable y útil. Pero la calidad global necesita mejorar si buscamos los estándares de 5 estrellas.

El hotel está bien, la habitación es limpia y acondicionada, la ubicación es estratégica en el centro de la ciudad, el desayuno es asombroso, sí, la próxima vez que me voy a Jakarta me quedaré aquí otra vez, muy recomendado.

An excellent stay overall. The staff (i.e. Yana, Ahfi) demonstrated a high level of professionalism and genuine hospitality throughout our visit. Service was prompt, courteous, and consistently reliable. A well-managed hotel that clearly values guest experience. Highly recommended.
