Excelente ubicación, y además la habitación muy grande, espaciosa, la cama extra grande y muy cómoda, y la vista soñada.

El hotel estaba muy limpio y moderno, con una habitación muy grande, más que suficiente para dos personas. La ubicación era excelente porque estaba justo al lado de un teatro e incluso pudimos ver una función de último minuto allí. El hotel estaba cerca de nuestras necesidades, es decir, ir de compras, hacer turismo en la Royal Mile y el centro de la ciudad.

Recomiendo este hotel ya que mi pareja y yo hemos estado muy cómodos, tuvimos un problema ya que al reservar, por error reservamos una habitación accesible para minusválidos y no dudaron en solucionar nuestro propio error, al día siguiente ya teníamos una habitación diferente. Los trabajadores del hotel eran muy simpáticos y atentos, en especial Lucía que nos ayudó mucho a todo :) Repetiríamos sin duda.

Este hotel tenía una ubicación excelente. A 5 minutos a pie del centro comercial, a 2 minutos de la parada del tranvía y a solo 10 minutos de algunas de las principales atracciones de Edimburgo. El personal de recepción fue extremadamente amable y servicial, e incluso se encargó de nuestras maletas al hacer el check-out para que pudiéramos visitar algún otro lugar de interés en Edimburgo antes de irnos. El único inconveniente es que, al tratarse de un edificio antiguo, no había ascensor, lo cual no nos afectó, pero sí podría ser un problema para personas mayores o con discapacidad.

Muy bien conectado con el transporte público, bus y tranvía. Moqueta y baño limpios y ordenados.

Fantástica opción para llegar a Edimburgo, las instalaciones y el personal es sobresaliente. La alberca es pequeña pero muy agradable. Las habitaciones tienen un excelente espacio para comodidad.

Es fantástico poder llegar al centro de la ciudad de Edimburgo en tren directo y al aeropuerto con un corto viaje en tranvía. Tenía un precio razonable, estaba limpio y había un centro comercial cerca, así que era un gran lugar para alojarse.

Estuvimos super contentos con la estancia y el viaje espectacular!! lo unico malo es que estuvimos en una habitación sin ventanas, pero todo lo demás fue perfecto! y la ubicación esta super centrada llegas con facilidad al centro de la ciudad y tiene justo en frente las conexiones directas al aeropuerto!

Excellent Location, but Serious Security Lapses I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be a bit of a mixed bag. While there are some undeniable perks to the property, a few significant service and security issues made for a rather unsettling experience. The Highlights Prime Location: This is easily the hotel's strongest suit. It’s situated right next to Haymarket station, and there is a bus stop literally just outside the front door. Getting into the city centre takes no more than 10 minutes, making it a perfect base for exploring. Commendable Service: The reception team provided a decent welcome. I’d like to give a special mention to Shreyas, who was incredibly helpful and professional throughout our interactions. Quality Dining: We ate at the on-site restaurant and were pleasantly surprised. The food was of a high standard, and the waitstaff were attentive and friendly. Room Maintenance & Tech Issues Unfortunately, the shine started to wear off once we settled into the room: Housekeeping Oversights: Despite this being a multi-day stay, the complimentary water bottles were never replaced after the first day. Faulty Tech: The in-room tablet was practically useless. It kept restarting due to a battery fault; ironically, it even cut out while I was trying to use it to contact reception. Privacy Concerns: When we requested extra toilet roll, the staff member who delivered it attempted to walk straight into the room using their key, rather than knocking and waiting for us to answer. It was a complete breach of basic hospitality etiquette. A Major Security Concern The most distressing part of the trip occurred on our second day. Upon returning to our room in the evening, we were shocked to find the main door open. It appears the cleaning staff had failed to secure the door after finishing their rounds. Finding your hotel room left open to the public is, quite frankly, scary. It’s a massive security fail that overshadowed the rest of the stay. While the location is brilliant, the hotel desperately needs to tighten up its staff training and safety protocols. Would I stay again? Only if I were certain that the security and maintenance issues had been addressed.

La experiencia ha sido bastante buena. El personal fue muy amable y servicial. La habitación sin ventanas estaba muy limpia y no había ruido alrededor. La habitación además dispone de plancha y secador que resultaron ser bastante útiles. El desayuno estaba bastante bien. Lo único, en la habitación la luz verde de emergencias se queda encendida toda la noche, quizás sería oportuno que bajasen un poco la intensidad. El hotel se encuentra en una zona tranquila a 3 min andando de Dean Village. Es una buena zona cerca de la estación central de Haymarket, que conecta directamente con el aeropuerto. Recomiendo el alojamiento aquí!
