El hotel se encuentra a cuatro cuadras de la estación de trenes de Oxford y un poco alejado de los lugares de interés turístico de la ciudad. Difícil caminar con días muy fríos como los que nos tocaron. En la cercanías del hotel no hay buena oferta gastronómicas. Si bien el hotel se monta sobre un pub ya estaba todo reservado para cenar y los precios no eran nada baratos. La habitación amplia. Silenciosa, sin ruidos del exterior. Cómoda. Servicio de agua en botella y variedad de fruta fresca las 24:00 hs, gratis. La cama buena para el descanso. Baño en la habitación. Nos toco una habitación en planta alta y el traslado es solamente por escaleras. No hay ascensores. El desayuno bueno. Productos frescos. Poco variado y no es buffet. Te sirven un solo plato. La habitación no cuenta con cofre de seguridad. El personal del hotel muy atento, simpáticos, serviciales. Fue el único lugar de nuestro largo paseo por Reino Unido donde hablaban español. Pese a que sufrimos temperaturas bajo cero dentro del hotel y de la habitación no se notaba el frío. Relación precio calidad no es económico.

The only good thing about the tower house is the location, very central for everything. But it goes downhill from there, managers are non existent, very difficult to get hold of by phone and extremely rude and uncaring. The photos on their sites are of the two rooms they keep tidy for publicity and even they are not great. We arrived and had to phone, took several attempts for them to answer, they gave us code to keybox, let ourselves in, totally unmanned reception so had to phone again about which room we were in as no one was there. We were told that two rooms shared a bathroom which would have been ok but in reality The only bathroom is on the top floor with four flight of stairs and shared between 6 other rooms! So as you can imagine it was terrible to try and use the shower/ toilet as it was always occupied but we didn't really want to use it as it was so dirty with mould, mildew etc. We were in The little blue room, a small double but it wasn't a double bed but a queen size one so very small. There was a sink in a very dark alcove with no light as it was broken. The room itself was very dirty, stained carpet and bedding, dirty curtains, marks on walls, holes in the walls, large mark on one wall with holes where the bed head had been fixed to wall! Overall a very unkempt dirty room. The whole house had a feeling of disrepair, neglect, dirty, as if the owners couldn't be bothered. So sad to see a grade II listed building kept in such a condition. Feel that they just wanted peoples money and are uncaring of the condition of the house. We were not the only ones with similar complaints and concerns about broken and dirty rooms. When we complained we were told that it you don't like it then leave! We are writing to Oxford council ref the state of a listed building and the owners attitude towards visitors and contacting the other sites where they are listed to make people aware.

Llegamos a la casa de huéspedes de Osney Arms a las 5:00 No sé cómo llegar porque nos dijeron que nos enviaría un correo electrónico que nos daría todos los detalles sobre cómo necesitamos entrar en la propiedad Después de que mi marido llamó el móvil en la puerta, la señora repentinamente nos preguntó si de recibió un correo electrónico y cuando mi marido dijo que no recibimos un correo electrónico dijo que le envió los detalles que llegaron en segundos encontramos la casilla clave y nuestra clave de habitación se dejó en una mesa de desayuno en la parte superior de un post nota 😑😑😑 La habitación y se congelaban las ventanas estaban abiertas. Observamos la habitación y se desagradaba 😡😡😡 El tapicero era absolutamente lleno y las paredes necesitaban ser decoradas y el mueble de dormitorio parecía que había sido recogido de una punta. El baño es pequeño y no agradable y tiene instalaciones de té y café, que era un caldero en un sótano y sólo algunos bolsillos de té y no tiene idea de lo que más estaba en el pequeño pote. Escalofriante Fuimos abajo para ver la selección continental de desayuno y encontramos que estaba en la mesa Jars de frutas y pan y pasteles, no sé cuánto tiempo habían estado colgando??? 從倫敦機場直接自駕到酒店，酒店就在居民區，外觀就是 submit-detach 的一個 house，到達的時候院子 doorway 有一大車的裝修垃圾，顯得有點凌亂。進到房間還是非常整潔，應該剛剛翻新過，顯得比較新和乾淨。房子當然是有一定歷史的老房子，暖氣和插座都有點歷史了，插座都安排在房子的靠地腳線的地方，充電就比較尷尬了，現在大家這麼多電子設備，還是建議店家多搞點充電插座。我們定的是家庭房，房間足夠大，在地面層，有個落地窗可以通向後面的院子，夏天時候應該還有會有個小的內院，有桌子可以休閑，但我們到的是冬天，院子也沒有佈置起來。早餐安排在陽光房裡的小餐廳，食品比較豐富，環境温馨，可以和其他旅客交流，經理和服務員也很熱情，能盡力幫助住客。交通還算不錯，我們基本就是走路到中心區，大概需要 20 到 25 分鐘，好處就是不用找地方停車，沿途還可以看看兩邊的小學院。周邊吃的不多，但走路 15 分鐘左右有個小酒吧，居然米其林 1 星，有點小貴，但味道很不錯，餐廳氛圍也很好，學校裏面的學生在討論創業計劃，很有大學氛圍。酒店前面路邊就可以停車，停車方便，經理讓我們停到酒店的小停車場，很有到家的感覺。小酒店比較自由温馨，晚上憑密碼進出。總的還是比較滿意。後面兩張就是小酒吧，最後一張是黃昏路上的紫霞。

This hotel is in a great location, close to the train and bus stations. The check-in people were very friendly and let us leave our suitcases when we arrived before check-in time. They gave us a helpful detailed map of the major sights to see. When we returned to check in, they had already put our suitcases in our room upstairs. Our room was quiet and clean and came with a fan. The staff also let us store a sandwich in their refrigerator. Overall, a great stay for a reasonable price. I would definitely stay there again.

Estuvimos dos noches con nuestros hijos de 1 y 4 años, el personal un encanto y la habitación que nos tocó ideal para familias, a pie plano y con todas las comodidades (incluido microondas y nevera), muy nuevo. El desayuno incluido tipo continental era muy completo y amplio, y en nuestro caso nos hicieron un ”upgrade” el primer día de forma gratuita para probar el english breakfast. La ubicación muy buena, no en el centro pero muy a 10 minutos andando por un paseo muy agradable. Zona residencial muy tranquila. Repetiríamos!
