The location is good and the room is reasonably sized but the design of the room is not to my liking. The toilet is completely separated from the rest of the washroom which has happened before but the toilet room does not have a hand basin to wash your hands and the two areas are inconveniently located so it could be a problem stumbling at night.
The room was clean when we checked in but our room was cleaned the next day except for the washroom for some reason. Reported to front desk but no explanation really.
Saw a fan in the closet so the hotel may not have A/C whinch happens in hotels in Europe sometimes. Check that if you are coming in the summer.

Hotel muy elegante con una excelente ubicación. Se siente como a 200 metros de Princes Street. Puedes caminar a Princes Street Garden en poco tiempo. Está muy cerca de la National Gallery. Puedes ver el Castillo de Edimburgo y los edificios medievales en el Royal Milla.
Este desayuno es muy rico, inglés y autoservicio.

La ubicación es bastante buena, justo encima del centro comercial en el lado derecho de la calle al otro lado de la calle de la estación de tren. Es bastante conveniente arrastrar maletas y hay un ascensor.
El servicio está bien, almacenamiento gratuito. Los croissants gratuitos de la mañana son deliciosos y el café y el té son de autoservicio.
La habitación es bastante grande y tiene puertos tipo C y USB para cargar. También hay una pequeña cocina equipada con microondas, placa de inducción, lavavajillas y algunos utensilios y vajilla básicos. ¡Caminamos hasta Sainsbury's para comprar algo y cocinamos una comida sencilla!

La habitación es relativamente grande, con un sofá y está limpia y ordenada. Hay una cafetera de cápsulas y una nevera. We walked from Waverly to hotel with 3 huge luggages, it is not far but it is hilly so choose the path that does not involve stairs. Check-in and out is VERY efficient, just mention your name and they will immediately escort u to your apartment. Saw previous reviews saying receptionist is not friendly, but honestly I think they are being efficient and that is just what I needed after a 20-hour journey. I booked the open plan 1-bedroom apartment for us 2 adults and 2 kids. Room is at ground floor with the entrance from outside walkway directly to the living room. This means people walking outside your room will be able to see you, but there are curtains and blinds to block those views. The bedroom does not have doors though, just an entrance from hallway. The apartment is very homey and comfortable to us, we cooked almost every meal, being fully equipped. It has dining table comfortable for 4, and efficient layout. Bathroom is perfect size with sufficient hot water. Heater is working very well. Location is very close to famous victoria street, and near the famous stairs filmed in “One Day”. Used the laundry service and is good. Sainsbury local nearby with 4 mins walk. Overall satisfied and highly recommend.

El restaurante es grande y el desayuno es rico. La recepción tiene muy buena actitud. Me dieron una habitación en el último piso con vista al paisaje. Fue agradable tener una sombrilla cuando nevaba mucho. Muy considerado y cálido, gracias.

La ubicación era maravillosa, tan central, a una fácil caminar de muchos lugares de interés y una gran selección de bares y restaurantes.
La habitación era pequeña pero perfecta y limpia, y estaba situada en la parte de atrás del edificio, así que no tenía ninguna vista, pero no estaba planeando pasar mucho tiempo en ella, así que esto no se dedujo de mi experiencia. La habitación en sí era muy tranquila y la cama muy cómoda, ideal!
Estoy seguro de que me quedaré aquí otra vez.

Todo está a poca distancia a pie, por lo que no es necesario utilizar el transporte público, lo que es una gran ventaja.
La limpieza y las comodidades (como té, café y agua filtrada) fueron suficientes para una estancia cómoda.
Apreciamos la rapidez con la que abordaron nuestra nota sobre la limpieza y resolvieron el problema rápidamente.
Sin embargo, no hay aparcamiento en el establecimiento, lo que puede suponer costes adicionales para quienes viajan en coche.
Incluso con el bono de descuento que ofrecen, el aparcamiento en la zona sigue siendo caro, como suele ser habitual en los centros urbanos.

The hotel goes under the renovation and there were only 2 lifts with queues and they are also used by the staff too
We had a room for 3 people and had all set up for two people only, the room was dirty with hair in the shower and the ceiling.
When I took the shower the pipe was blocked and the water started to leak to the bathroom… yes they sorted the problem quite quickly but still was not great experience
There were no slippers and bathrobes. I asked for x3 slippers and they brought only one pair. I asked again and they brought only one pair again. On the third time they brought two pairs…. When I asked for 3!!! And still no bathrobes. We asked for additional blanket and it was in a random location after the room was cleaned.
The room was cleaned badly on the next day we stayed. My pajamas was thrown elsewhere and I found it on the table, the towels we put on the floor to be replaced were fold dirty on the shelves… the blanket was in a random location and the cleaner did not pay any attention at all left the room dirty. Very disrespectful
I felt that I had to beg for the things we are supposed to get in this kind of hotels. Shocking!!!
Yes they compensated with a complimentary breakfast which was good but still the service was bad. They sent the cleaner and by the time she came we were already sleeping. And she did not speak any English … very disappointed

RRobin BrinckNo sabía que era legal vender un armario como habitación. EN SERIO, la habitación es tan pequeña que es ridícula. ¡Ningún lugar para abrir la maleta a menos que sea en la cama! Anunciar una plancha y una tabla de planchar es igual de ridículo... no hay NINGÚN LUGAR para usarlo. El personal fue excelente, amable y extremadamente servicial, ¡pero esto no pudo compensar la excusa de una habitación de hotel! He viajado a 14 países y NUNCA experimenté algo como esto.
