Otra agradable estancia solo en el No 1 para mi cumpleaños. Esta fue mi cuarta visita y he estado en una habitación diferente cada vez - todo es hermoso y el personal es muy bienvenido y útil

Beautiful hotel only 10 minutes walk from the city centre  Our room was clean and cosy  In the room was hairdryer, iron and ironing board as well as tea/coffee facilities and an electric fan which was definitely needed with temps reaching 29 degrees 🥵 The outdoor area was stunning with lots of seating and little pods to dine in of an evening very pretty all lit up at night  All the staff were friendly and helpful  We will definitely return in the near future.

由於酒店身處哥爾夫球場之中，四周環境十分清幽、寧靜、舒適，景色亦十分美。只是它距離市區較遙遠，距離約克舊城區，有接近30分鐘車程，若不是自駕遊，就不太適合選這裏作為住宿地點，但若有自駕車，這是非常不錯的選擇，因為泊車是免費的。 酒店之中有兩家餐廳食物不錯，但價格非常高，且份量不多，是典型的fine dining，若然大家不想花費太多在食方面，在進入酒店前，最好在城區先進餐。

¡Tuve una estancia maravillosa en este hotel! Las habitaciones eran espaciosas, limpias y con un diseño elegante para mayor comodidad. El personal fue amable y atento, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera aún mejor. Un lugar perfecto para una estancia relajante y agradable. ¡Muy recomendable!

El hotel es un gran lugar para permanecer en el estacionamiento que tienes que pagar extra por £22 por día que pensé que era gratis cuando reservaba pero no era pero puedes usar la piscina interior y la sauna/hottub como un huésped gratis así que un bono allí supongo que sólo el bar y la comida muy costos si comes y bebes allí pero todo en todo el personal amigable y cerca del centro de la ciudad por días y noches fuera

The Novotel in York is lovely. We had a clean modern room with plenty of space. Wasn't so keen on the separate tiny toilet cubicle but it wouldn't stop us staying again. The staff weren't the friendliest at reception. The staff at the very good breakfast were much nicer. It's a bit of a walk from the centre of things although if you go along the river it's shorter and much nicer. Only trouble with this is the very large steps you have to negotiate, not ideal in a wheelchair. Plenty of space there so I don't see why there's no ramp.

Hotel limpio con ascensor, buena ubicación y excelente servicio.

I've stayed at this hotel before and I will definitely be staying again. The location is ideal for me with easy access to the city centre either by walking, bus, or taxi. The rooms have always been very clean and a good size too. The buffet style breakfast is always superb and leisure facilities give you a chance to unwind in the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room. The staff have always been pleasant, friendly, and polite. 5 stars from me!

Un hotel con una ubicación excelente y excelentes servicios. La acogedora habitación doble fue perfecta para una estancia de solo una noche. ¡Sin duda me alojaría de nuevo!
