Una habitación grande con una cocina pequeña, que habíamos pedido un bebé y todo lo que queríamos era un bebé.

Me encanto el hotel justo en frente de la estacion lille europe y tambien de las paradas del autobus lo que viene genial. Y aparte hay muchos restaurante a tan solo 5m caminando. Todo perfecto , conforto de la habotacion top

It is a very nice hotel, but my stay was ruined. The hotel had decided to have a DJ blast music from one of the hotel rooms to celebrate festivities in Lille that weekend. The DJ was blasting music through an open window to the street below at exceptionally high volume levels. My room was above the DJ. The music shook the room, it was impossible for us to stay in the room. It was a lovely room but it wasn't fit for purpose, and should not have been hired out to guests when the hotel had arranged for a DJ to be creating that level of noise below them. I arrived at the hotel after a 15 hour journey, desperate for rest before going out to meet friends in the evening. Rest was simply impossible in the room. As a result my evening out was also ruined. At the very least a hotel needs to provide a quite relaxing room for guests, this wasn't done. I would advise you to consider other options available before considering this hotel.

Esta buen para pasar un par de noches, la habitación era un poco pequeña pero es cómoda . Es limpio. Hay opción de parking gratuito. El personal es muy amable.

This was the second time i booked the hotel. The first time was lovely staying. However , this time is terrible. You can't believe when you enter the room that box tissue and lady bags were running out. And I requested a sofa bed for my son. But they gave me the baby cot. Luckily, the staff came and took away the cot and open the sofa bed for me. But I needed to make the bed and put the blanket cover for myself.i thought i was working in the hotel. Obviously , the room was cleaned roughly. Hotel needs to ensure the staffs to clean every room seriously and make sure to refill enough tissue in the room. You can have a look at the photos. the telephone. Super ..dirty with yellowish tea stain... and the toilet... thousands years limescale sticking on the toilet bowl. Sigh... The air con was super weak. Pls fix it. We slept with sweat for the whole night. When we opened the sofa bed, we found the lice jumped out. All legs and feet felt itchy immediately. Pls make a timetable to steam the furniture and do pest control. Good points : good location and yummy breakfast

We were assigned an accessible junior suite though we didn't request an accessible room.. The bathroom was half finished and the wiring was not completed with the switches for the separate toilet and bath located in the doorway. There were signs pasted on the door to the toilet and the door to the shower stating that the hotel offered its apologies for the inconvenience! There was a workman's support pole found under the sinks which had to be removed by the technician when we complained. There was not a single hook, clothes stand, towel rack or rail anywhere in the bathroom, toilet or room. The hotel staff explained that they would send a technician a second time to drill hooks in the bathroom, we didn't bother since we were staying only 2 nights and didn't want the dust. The shower glass in the shower stall could not contain water within the stall and the floor became wet after we showered. Location wise the hotel is perfect and the staff were polite. Breakfast was a mix of hot cooked food and the usual cold cuts, cheeses, breads, yoghurt, fruits and juices. The breakfast room changes to a bar at night which serves affordable and nice cocktails.

Higiénico y seguro, quédate aquí la próxima vez.

Puedes cocinar tus propias comidas. Está muy cerca de dos estaciones de tren y hay un supermercado Carrefour en la planta baja, lo cual es muy práctico. El casco antiguo está a menos de 10 minutos a pie. No hay recepción después de las 22:00, pero se puede acceder con tarjeta.

Hola, La ubicación del hotel es excelente. La recepción es muy acogedora y cálida. El desayuno es impecable. Las instalaciones son adecuadas. No tengo ninguna queja para una estancia de una semana. Nos vemos pronto.

Una parada conveniente para conductores: Este hotel ofrece una excelente relación calidad-precio, especialmente para quienes viajan por carretera. Agradecimos mucho que la recepcionista nos permitiera registrarnos a las 23:00, mucho después de las 21:00, lo cual fue increíblemente útil después de un largo viaje. La habitación era pequeña, con espacio justo para una cama doble. El baño era compacto pero funcional, aunque apenas tenía espacio para ducharse cómodamente de pie, incluso para alguien delgado; no estábamos seguros de cómo lo harían personas con más peso. Una gran ventaja fue el amplio aparcamiento. Aunque está un poco a las afueras de la ciudad y no tiene otros servicios, es un buen lugar para pasar la noche si se conduce.
