We had already paid £480 online through Trip.com for a double room for 3 nights. However, upon arrival, the hotel demanded an additional €400 simply because a second guest would be staying in the room. What made this even more unreasonable was that I checked the exact same room type on multiple other dates, and the price was identical whether selecting 1 adult or 2 adults. The listing itself also clearly indicated that the room rate included accommodation for 2 adults. Despite this, the hotel still charged an extra €400 at check-in. This additional amount only included breakfast and city tax for the second guest — there was absolutely no room upgrade, no extra bed, and no additional service provided. In fact, the amount charged was so excessive that it was close to the price of booking an entirely separate room. At check-in, the hotel stated that if we refused to pay, the second guest would not be allowed to stay. We tried multiple times to communicate with the hotel in a polite and constructive way, but there was no flexibility or reasonable attempt to resolve the issue. I completely understand paying reasonable extra charges for breakfast or local taxes, but the way this situation was handled felt extremely unfair and poorly communicated in advance. Trip.com customer service was actually very helpful throughout the process and even provided compensation themselves, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the hotel remained unwilling to address the situation fairly. The property itself may be nice, but this experience left us feeling disappointed, uncomfortable, and taken advantage of. Transparency and fairness in pricing are essential, especially for international travelers.

El hotel, todo bien, me encantó. Lo único que me pareció feo fue que llegamos a hacer el check-in, todo bien, la recepcionista muy amable, pero llegó otra pareja a hacer el check-in y a ellos les ofrecieron champán y a nosotros no.

El hotel está situado frente a la playa en Palma y dispone de aparcamiento subterráneo. Está a 8 kilómetros del aeropuerto, lo cual es bastante cercano y práctico. El centro está a unos 25 minutos a pie, lo cual es aceptable. El personal es amable y el lugar es limpio e higiénico. ¡Recomendado!

Mi amigo y yo lo pasamos muy bien en cuanto a la ubicación, céntrico y tranquilo, muy cerca tanto del aeropuerto como de la playa. Hay un servicio de spa de pago, gimnasio y piscina gratuitos para todos. En cuanto a las comidas, varias opciones, el único defecto es la cena, bebidas excluidas y sólo agua.

El desayuno fue fantástico, con una selección y variedad decentes, ¡y una estación de huevos frescos! La habitación era bastante acogedora y funcional, aunque la decoración era sencilla y un poco anticuada. El personal fue amable y servicial.

Este es un hotel clásico y básico, pero con una ubicación excelente, fácilmente accesible a pie hasta la Plaça d'Españya. La habitación estaba limpia, pero un poco anticuada. Mi habitación daba a una calle principal concurrida, así que las habitaciones laterales podrían ser más tranquilas. En resumen, una buena estancia.
