The service and care I received from Old town suites Quito is the best that I ever received for all the hotels I have stayed. My flight arrived at Quito in the early morning around 6:40am, I got to the hotel around 7:40am, hotel front desk employee Francisco took my luggages, provided me power cord to charge my phone, and even gave me a delicious breakfast. I felt I have been welcomed into my new home in Quito. The hotel provided milk, yogurt, bread, juice, cheese, eggs, ham, vegetables and fruits for making breakfast yourself or you can tell them ahead of time and they can prepare breakfast for you. I have had amazing experience in this hotel. The hotel location is great and you can walk to old town attractions. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Quito.

Me gustaría relatar una experiencia maravillosa en un hotel. La atmósfera era tranquila y el personal siempre estuvo atento a nuestras necesidades. La habitación ofrecía vistas impresionantes y una comodidad excepcional. Disfrutamos de una deliciosa cena en el restaurante del hotel. En resumen, fue una estancia inolvidable.

Está cerca del aeropuerto y ofrece servicio de transporte, ¡lo cual es muy práctico! El restaurante del hotel es delicioso y muy recomendable. ¡Una excelente opción para pasajeros en tránsito!

Отель не виноват что городские власти не могут обеспечить безопасность в центре столицы. Сам отель невероятный, очень красивый, очень уютный, невероятно стильно и любовно оформлен. Завтрак на веранде с прекрасным видом, сам завтрак небольшой но вкусный, хлеб очень мягкий и свежий. Что вам нужно знать: двери отеля всегда закрыты, если вы приезжаете ночью нужно предупредить чтобы в отеле вас ждали, так как этот район города не очень благополучный. Мой заезд был в 3 ночи, мне пришлось попросить таксиста стоять рядом со мной пока я звонил в дверь и пока мне не открыли, если бы я остался один мне было бы тревожно. В номере есть большое окно и балкон но его так же приходится держать закрытым из-за безопасности. Я хорошо понимаю что сотрудники отеля очень стараются чтобы внутри вы чувствовали себя в безопасности и комфортн но не могут повлиять на ситуацию за пределами отеля

El alojamiento está bien. Quito no está desarrollado en su conjunto. Este hotel aún se recomienda. Está en el área urbana y las habitaciones son relativamente refinadas y limpias. Es relativamente caro para viajes de negocios.

El hotel es muy nuevo, con excelentes vistas e iluminación, instalaciones elegantes y una buena ubicación.

It’s by far the cleanest hotel in all of Ecuador—absolutely spotless in every corner. The entire property is beautifully maintained, quiet, and filled with elegant touches that make it feel both luxurious and welcoming. The staff were outstanding—warm, attentive, and truly professional. They offered excellent local recommendations and always treated me with kindness and care. The location is ideal—tucked in a peaceful part of La Mariscal, just a short walk from Plaza Foch and some of Quito’s best restaurants and shops. My room was quiet, stylish, and very comfortable, with a serene garden view that made me feel instantly relaxed. Breakfast each morning was fresh, generous, and thoughtfully prepared. The entire experience felt safe, polished, and perfectly cared for. If you’re looking for elegance, cleanliness, and world-class service, Hotel Villa Lafayette is simply the best choice in Ecuador. I would return in a heartbeat!

Excelente experiencia con la suite. Tiene una muy buena ubicación, lo que facilita todo durante la estadía. La vista es realmente linda y aporta mucho al ambiente del lugar. La coordinación para el ingreso fue ágil y sin complicaciones, lo cual se agradece bastante. Además, la suite está bien equipada, con todo lo necesario para una estadía cómoda. Sin duda, una muy buena opción para hospedarse.
