La habitación de la habitación es muy agradable, pero no es muy fácil. La hermosa dama de la recepción puso etiquetas en nuestros bolsillos junto al escritorio y nos ocupamos de nuestra empresa, suponiendo que se colocarían en una habitación segura. Nos decepcionó ver nuestros dos casos a la vez que volvimos a la oficina para comprobar. El sabado por la noche, se celebraba una fiesta muy alta hasta después de las 4:00, un par de habitaciones, lo que significa que apenas tenemos dormir. A las 4:00, podía oír la agitación en el pasillo, así que abri mi puerta de dormitorio para pedirles que se callen. No me pareció aceptable que un conductor de entrega tuviera acceso a los dormitorios a esa hora de la noche. La puerta está abierta y nos caminamos libremente hasta el tercer piso sin preguntas. Normalmente las puertas delanteras de los hoteles son manejadas durante la noche para garantizar la seguridad de sus huéspedes. El hotel no se sentía seguro. El mini frigorífico estaba muy bien almacenado y cuando me desplazaba para prosecco (que está en el menú de minibar) me informó que no tenían ningún. El hotel está en una habitación doble, pero no tiene una cama doble. Dos camas solteras se mueven fácilmente de la pared cuando se sienta en la cama. El baño era agradable pero huele a partir de la drenaje.

Higiene: el cuarto no es demasiado grande, poniendo dos maletas casi
Servicio: El servicio está bien, el café y el té también se ofrecen 24 horas, y una taza de copa exterior.
Instalaciones: casi sin otras instalaciones, la mayoría de las comidas en Skyline al lado, el desayuno es casi diario, incluso una semana es un poco guapo, hahaha
Si se dice que hay defectos, quizás la mitad de la puerta de la boca esté a la vez, y el agua se puede desaparecer fácilmente.

It’s approx 250M from Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof. First night in our room we witnessed at least 20 drug deals taking place in the street below our window. Y Niddastrasse, que se escapa del hotel, sólo puede ser descrito como una escena de la Walking Dead. Fue horrible y a veces muy intimidante. Aprecio que no tenga nada que ver con el hotel, pero cada vez que usa la puerta delantera tiene que correr el ganchillo.

El hotel es fresco, limpio, divertido visualmente, se encuentra en el Meade Hall y cómodo con el centro comercial. ¡Me entró después de un largo vuelo internacional muy temprano de la mañana con esperanzas que me podían aprietarlo, y Frank en la mesa delantera trabajó en milagros! La habitación es limpia, fresca, tiene extras importantes como un calentador de toallas. La cama es firme y de apoyo y las cucharas también eran buenas. Normalmente me duele el cuello después de dormir en las cucharas de hotel, pero no aquí. 10 de 10 servicios excelentes!!!

Espectacular hotel en una ubicación privilegiada. Amplio limpio nuevísimo, todo funciona, personal muy amable, calidad y servicio de primera calidad sin duda volvería sin pensarlo. Todo funciona perfecto en el hotel y supero todas mis expectativas a pesar de que la agencia no reservó lo que yo había solicitado.

I have previously reviewed this hotel and I am happily doing it again, because this hotel is really super. The staff is very friendly, the location is great and the rooms are in super condition, super clean and spacious. The value for money is outstanding. We love also that the Skyline Plaza is opposite and you can easily pop by to get some shopping done, get some take away etc. We have not tried the breakfast, so I cannot comment on that. We come here twice in December each year since about 6-7 years, when we are on our way to Nothern Germany and we do a one-night-stop here, and we stopping here again on our way back home to Switzerland. We will certainly continue to do so. The only critical point is that the pillows are far too high. We always as for flatter ones and they are usually provided.

This was not the first stay at the Hilton in Frankfurt; we stayed back in 2013 for the Christmas Markets and decided to stay again in 2022. The hotel is an ideal location and only a short ten-minute walk to the markets in Frankfurt during Christmas. We opted for a King Executive Room with Executive Lounge access. A small selection of beers, wines and spirits was available in the evening in the lounge, with light snacks if you wanted something to eat. The lounge is not self-service like our previous visit, but the staff were excellent, and we didn't have to wait long to get drinks. Check-in was quick, but once again, no upgrade was offered as a Hilton Honours Gold Member, but breakfast was complimentary due to Gold status. The room was clean and comfortable, not exceptionally spacious, but we didn't spend much time in the room apart from sleeping. Another enjoyable stay, and we would recommend the hotel for a stay, particularly at Christmas.

Chose Star-Apart-Hotel based on its location, price, and amenities (fitness center, gratis snacks and beverages [including beer and wine]). We were given a room on the ”tennis” floor, and it faced inwardly, rather than the streets. Minor noise only one night (stayed Thursday through Sunday nights) from the nearby park and apartment-balcony conversation. Great staff and communication; weekend desk person (Saleh) booked a taxi for our time-sensitive event Sunday morning. Breakfasts were fantastic-- our first exposure to what good Central European breakfasts can have (e.g. vegetables and dense, quality breads). And location is excellent-- within a half-block of both tram and UBahn stops, and many good stores and restaurants within a few blocks. Only minor detraction-- but part and parcel with smaller inns-- was the limited hours for desk, fitness center, and breakfast start time. For those needing the conveniences or reassurances a full-service hotel provides, Star-Apart might not be your place. But, for us, it was great value and experience in a great part of Frankfurt.
