I recently stayed in this hotel and overall had a good experience, but there were a couple of issues worth mentioning. The hotel itself has a nice atmosphere and the staff were generally friendly and helpful. The location was also convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the city. However, I did run into some problems during my stay. The hot water was inconsistent, which made showers uncomfortable at times. In addition, housekeeping was not up to standard, as the room was not properly cleaned or tidied during my stay. Overall, it was an okay experience with some positives, but the issues with hot water and room cleanliness definitely affected the comfort level. With a bit more attention to maintenance and housekeeping, this hotel could be much better.

La ubicación es excelente, exactamente en el medio de todo, a poca distancia caminando del metro, muchos restaurantes cerca, a 10 minutos caminando de Provenza, fácil llegar a un gran supermercado donde puedes encontrar todo lo que necesitas, incluida ropa de marcas colombianas. Son muy buenos para ayudarte con todo lo que necesitas. Hicimos un recorrido con ellos a Guatapé como sugirieron y fue una muy buena experiencia. El personal es muy amable y servicial, no teníamos una tarjeta de metro y nos la prestaron para usarla durante todo el tiempo que estuvimos en el hotel. Nos explicaron a dónde ir, los horarios, etc. En el lugar tienen un mapa del metro fácil de usar en la pared, que puede ver todos los lugares para visitar en Medellín. El lugar está muy limpio. Estoy muy feliz y seguro que volveremos allí cuando volvamos a Medellín.

Hotel perfecto para viaje de negocios. Habitaciones y servicio muy bueno.

Despite nice hotel almost a brand new... Rooms windows are not soundproof and 24/7 outside car/moto noise in the room you heard😏 The matters is huge but uncomfortable l, may face sleepless days. l recommend atfer your checked in, take a pics immediately if something broke or doesn't work in the room for further the hotel denials. During the check-in they ask to pay additional $21 but never clear explanation giving definitely rejected to pay because they are trying to sell you a xtra travel insurance. If force you to sign a paper for rejection, sign it but ask a copy of it. NO on duty manager at the hotel never ever, even small issue at the kitchen appliance repairs took 4 and half days after everday my pushing them‼️

Todos personal de hotel son muy amable y, me gustaron mucho sobre todoa, especioalmente los productos L'Occitane de la habitación (shampoo, condicional, shower gel y locion).

Ubicación excelente y se puede ir en familia, con grupos de amigos o hasta uno sólito.

Excelente servicio en la recepción, la chica muy atenta y todo super limpio!!!
