UUsuario invitadoThe hotel staff at breakfast are friendly and helpful. You can select from a menu for hotel breakfast and you can also go to the buffet breakfast. You can enjoy the hot spring bath in your room or in the big public bath in the hotel.

UUsuario invitadoService is ok. Hotel cleanliness is decent but toilet and shower room smells a little funny. Didn’t get to use the in-room hotspring as it doesn’t look very well maintained and cleaned. Lights are dim.

NNanolurvLove this hotel even though the location is terrible, i love the staff, the hospitality, the never ending events they have, went to the rooftop bar to sit and chill with vouchers provided for ever 350 TWD spent. The individual onsen in each room was awesome. I stayed here twice in 2 months. Breakfast was wonderful! The waitress remembered us and our room numbers. They low-key kept a look out for a table for 6. Their restaurant was spacious, which makes the seating lesser and exquisite. Best experience ever. Will return if i go to Jiao Xi!

UUsuario invitadoLove the spacious hot spring pool in our room. Room is clean, towels are big and new, water pressure is great! They provide rubber slipper too. Room concept might not be suitable for elderly as bed is on the floor. Good to have more hooks in the room to hang clothes. We can’t drink from the tap in the room, and they provide hot/cold water dispenser beside lift instead of bottled water. Breakfast is superb! Love the cooked food~ and they have snacks and hot drinks at lobby till night hours. 10mins walk to train station and there are good food around the hotel.

UUsuario anónimoThis hotel is outdated, you can see a thin layer of moss on the floor due to the showerhead dripping constantly, the public hot springs area has quite a few jet controllers out of order,l had to request a dehumidifier to get rid of moldy smells in the room. The breakfast was a reasonable price with an average quality, the rooftop naked spa area has beautiful night light views,also,the good thing was all the staff were super helpful for all the requests.

JJazlynJWas kind of lost to locate the hotel and the sky turns dark too early during winter time. Upon alighting at Luo Dong and checked with people around, mention to just bypass Luo Dong station, straight and turn right, however was stucked took a cab there. Prior to arrival, staff check in on my arrival timing too. Upon reaching, staff was really nice and welcoming. Luo Dong night market us just minutes away and there washing / drying services provided across the road. Very convenient if you plan not to pack much!

JJillene 671The hotel is good for relaxing as you can enjoy the spa. Their design is nice too. Very enjoyable to stay.
It will be perfect if they have amenities like laundry.
The room has some smell due to humidity at first but it is alright after the aircon and dehumidifier is operating for awhile.
