LLily👌Had a wonderful two night stay at this hotel. Relocated there after a booking mishap caused us to change hotels since the hotel we were staying at in the city became overbooked. We decided to move to this one since it was closer to the airport and we had an early morning flight originating from Binhai (2days after) 👌We had a beautiful room for a family of 3( business room)The room was exceptionally clean and also quite spacious. Facilities are excellent with an on-site laundry room that allows self-service. We didn’t have breakfast since we slept in. 👌Received a very warm welcome from Liu at the front desk, check in was smooth and quick. We had a small issue in the room about noise from upstairs but she resolved it and explained the reason why and apologised for the inconvenience. 👌In the morning, two of us had to return to Beijing for a meeting, the lovely and kind ladies on duty Pang, who spoke English and Wang helped us organise transportation to the airport so we could get the subway train ( there’s a direct subway to Tianjin railway station originating from the airport ) to Beijing. While we waited for the car, they offered us refreshments (tea and water) 👌The driver Wang was so kind and spoke English and helped advise us on the train schedules so we wouldn’t miss the train back since we were returning back from Beijing to Tianjin in the evening to stay the night and leave for our morning flight. 👌They also organised a pick up from the airport when we arrived back to Tianjin late at night to the hotel. 👌The stay was made awesome and comfortable due to the impeccable and excellent service, kindness and eye for detail shown by the staff. 🥳Kudos to Ms Pang, Ms Wang , Mr.Wang and Ms Liu who made our stay even more comfortable. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 👌The hotel is near the airport and is suitable for travellers who have flights at Tianjin International airport and want to avoid the commute from the city. There are restaurants downstairs as well if you arrive late and need a meal. Nearby surroundings looks like residential area so works for those looking for a quiet stay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

CCulturalKeysOverall we had a lovely stay here. The location is great, and the rooms and reception area were beautifully decorated. The pool and gym were amazing (best hotel gym I've ever seen!), and never very busy. Staff were friendly and polite. And there was never a queue for the lifts. There were a few ******* which I'll list below for other people who appreciate these types of details, but they were by no means deal breakers. ******* included: - we always had a long wait at reception to be served - the deposit is large (almost the price of the stay again) - no plugs on one side of the bed so you can't charge your phone next to you - the minibar wasn't very cold - no takeout delivery to rooms (usually this is done by robot) - beds are very soft which might give some people backache - our toilet cistern kept running (we fixed it ourselves every time) - the shower leaked - the blinds over the windows are all or nothing, there are no curtains that you can just pull over part of the window - the swimming pool is very shallow at just 1.2 metres with no deep end - this made swimming difficult for both of us as we're on the taller side - you must sign a declaration before every swim/workout (I think once per customer would be enough!) and wear a swimming cap in the pool (the hotel sells them).

Xxiaoyuan68La residencia de este viaje es muy satisfactoria, las habitaciones están limpias, las instalaciones están completas y el servicio está en posición. La ubicación es excelente, abajo son cinco calles, especialmente en el balcón, se pueden ver las nueve escuelas secundarias y las escuelas primarias de Kunming Road, todos recuerdos de la infancia. El salon tiene una máquina de café gratuita, ¡y puede comprar el túnel Tianjin antes de la noche, perfecto!
