Recomendado quedarse en este hotel y su verdadera una de las mejores decisiones. La cama estaba cómoda y todo eso, pero mi aspecto favorito del hotel son las instalaciones. Desde las diferentes formas de pulverización (por habitación, cocina para dormir, ropa e incluso zapatos) hasta el relleno constante de las bombas de baño, así como con un cargador portátiles a la puerta. El mini frigorífico también estaba bien almacenado! Con las cookies, chips y ramas de taza, no tendrás hambre. El único pequeño abajo es la zona alrededor del hotel puede llegar bastante oscuro y vacío (sólo unos pocos almacenes abiertos por la noche, pero hay una tienda conveniente en el hotel si lo necesita) Además de ser capaz de oír voces a lo largo del corredor en algún momento durante la estancia. ¡Recomendaría que se quedara de nuevo durante la próxima visita!

Me alegró mucho que el hotel de Taipei tuviera bañera. No hay muchas opciones de desayuno, pero también se puede comer un sándwich entero. Excelente ubicación, justo abajo está la estación de MRT. Ya me había alojado aquí antes; está muy cerca de la estación de metro y es muy práctico. Al registrarme, noté un problema con el inodoro, pero lo arreglaron enseguida. Sin embargo, cuando volví al hotel para ducharme esa noche, descubrí que la manguera de la ducha también estaba rota, por lo que salía muy poca agua. Como tenían que entrar a la habitación para repararla y yo ya había dejado mi equipaje sin deshacer, no dije nada. El personal de recepción fue muy amable y atento, y me saludaron en varias ocasiones. 👍🏻 Sin duda me alojaré aquí de nuevo la próxima vez que vaya a Taipéi para un concierto.

I really enjoyed the stay. Beds and cushions were excellent the room was grand. Experience of Rest Room or Bath room for the price paid was really amazing. A Bath tub, Head shower distinct areas a closet and Vanity table and toilet all sequential in their on spaces was well done I need to give the Door Man Arthur the credit to make my visit more memorable..

Me alojé una noche en una habitación business king en la séptima planta. La habitación no estaba muy limpia (había pelos en el suelo del baño y la caja fuerte estaba llena de polvo). También había manchas de suciedad en el papel pintado, que se estaba despegando. El inodoro tenía una costra en la pared (algo que pude tolerar). El agua caliente salía bien y el caudal era adecuado. El inodoro era pequeño, y habría sido útil tener una zona separada para agua y sequedad; de lo contrario, era difícil de usar. El gel de ducha que proporcionaban olía raro y era difícil de usar. El aire acondicionado era deficiente, con un ligero olor a humedad y humo. Por último, siempre había algunas moscas pequeñas revoloteando por la habitación. No sé por qué las fotos se veían bien, pero la experiencia real fue un poco decepcionante. This is my second time staying at the Dandy Daan Park There's a very welcoming feeling at this hotel. It's nice to have some snacks not only in the room, but in the lobby that you are not charged for. It's refreshing to interact with a business that's not trying to make extra money off of small things. There's not even a charge for the machines in the laundry room. The staff is wonderful. One of them even walked next door with me to 7-Eleven to help me out with the machine Ihad to use to pay for my train tickets, the rooms are small, but extremely comfortable.

UUsuario invitado1. Misleading Entrance Signage Upon arrival, we followed the signage pasted on a pillar that directed guests to a staircase entrance. However, when we reached that entrance, we were shocked to find the door marked with the sign “来宾止步” (“Guests Stop Here”). When we raised this with your staff, we were told that this entrance has not been in use since the COVID-19 period. While we understand that certain operations may have changed during the pandemic, COVID-19 restrictions have ended for more than two years. If the primary entrance has been permanently closed, why has no corrective action been taken and the misleading signage still left there? Carrying heavy luggage up and down a sloped path unnecessarily was frustrating and avoidable. 2. No Staff Assistance or Clear Signage at the New Entrance When we finally located the new entrance, there were no staff members on standby to assist us, nor was there any clear external signage indicating that this was the correct way to access the lobby. The explanation given later was that all staff were away assisting with parking which is not acceptable. At least one person should have been assigned to remain at the entrance, or the last person leaving should have arranged for another colleague to cover the position. In addition, the Operations Director mentioned that there is signage inside the new entrance directing guests to take the elevator to the lobby. However, this logic is flawed. If guests cannot locate the correct entrance in the first place, how could they possibly see a sign placed inside? 3. Poorly Trained and Unprofessional Front Desk Behavior After struggling outside, we called the number listed on Google. Only then did someone finally come out and lead us in. By that time, we were exhausted and upset. When we confronted the front desk staff about why they ignored us, despite us clearly visible outside the “来宾止步” glass door, making eye contact and knocking for help, but they claimed they “did not see us.” This excuse was clearly untrue, as we observed them looking in our direction. Even more disappointing, none of the front desk staff offered an apology even until we requested to speak to the Operations Director and asked him to review the CCTV footage. After reviewing the footage, the Operations Director confirmed that the front desk had not been alert and apologized on their behalf. However, he did not acknowledge that the front desk’s attitude and lack of sincerity were also serious problems. Being “not alert enough” and showing no sense of apology or empathy are two entirely different issues. As an international hotel, the front desk is the first impression of your service. Regardless of the quality of your facilities, this poor experience completely overshadowed the positive aspects of our stay. It also severely damages the reputation of Kagaya Group — a brand that has long been admired for its exemplary Japanese hospitality and politeness. Although we appreciate the Operations Director’s effort to make amends by offering us a meal and gifts (which we declined), it remains undeniable that this incident reflects a failure in staff training and management oversight. We hope that management will seriously review this incident, especially the issues of: - Inadequate and misleading signage at the entrance - Lack of staff presence and assistance upon guest arrival - Poor front desk awareness and unprofessional behavior We trust that Kagaya Group will uphold its proud tradition of service by addressing these problems promptly and ensuring no other guests experience such treatment in the future. Lo entiendo, pero eran la 1:30 de la madrugada y seguían haciendo ruido... era extremadamente molesto. Servicio: No esperaba un servicio de alta calidad de este tipo de hoteles, pero como la habitación de al lado era tan ruidosa, llamé a recepción y les pedí que lo solucionaran. Efectivamente, al cabo de un rato, el ruido disminuyó considerablemente y por fin pude dormir. Comodidades: La presión del agua era buena, el agua caliente y el aire acondicionado funcionaban bien. Creo que, al alojarse en un hotel como este, todos deberían ser comprensivos, mantener el nivel de ruido bajo y respetarse mutuamente para disfrutar de una estancia agradable.

Mucha gente lo usa antes de la salida por la mañana. También hay baños y duchas en el exterior. La habitación está limpia, pero los pasillos y las zonas comunes están un poco desordenados. Está convenientemente ubicado cerca de la Estación Central de Taipéi y la Estación de Ximen.

Además, la parada del autobús directo a la Calle Antigua de Jiufen está a solo diez minutos a pie. El ambiente y las instalaciones están bien; de hecho, me he alojado aquí más de tres veces en los últimos diez años. Sin embargo, el servicio de respuesta es algo lento. Llamé a recepción dos veces y, después de 30 minutos, el agua aún no había sido entregada.

PPablo YoonEl hotel está muy bien ubicado, cerca de las principales atracciones. El barrio de Ximending está a unos 10 minutos andando, donde puedes encontrar mucha movida, bares, restaurantes, tiendas de ropa etc. La habitación es básica y funcional, con un aire acondicionado potente que es muy importante en Taipéi con el calor que hace. La presión de ducha está bien y la cama es bastante cómoda. En líneas generales está bien, solo que el proceso de checkin podría ser un poco mejor. En el lobby te dejaban esperando hasta las 15:30 puntuales que es el horario del check in. A lo mejor si fueran dando las habitaciones apenas las van teniendo, no se les acumularía tanta gente en la recepción e incluso sería más eficiente para los recepcionistas, ya que a partir de las 15:30 ya se los veía un poco agobiados. Nos dejaron dejar la maleta una noche ya que viajamos a Jiufen para pasar la noche allí, por lo que eso suma un punto a favor. Volveremos para nuestros últimos días de viaje.
