Los dueños fueron increíblemente amables y hospitalarios. Nada más llegar, nos regalaron arroz de su propia cosecha. Experimentamos la verdadera calidez del noreste de China, lo que hizo que nuestro viaje fuera completamente relajado. Durante nuestras actividades, el dueño siempre estuvo atento a nuestra experiencia, incluso grabándonos videos con dron de forma gratuita. La comida que preparaban también era deliciosa. Recomiendo especialmente el guiso de pescado del noreste, que estaba muy sabroso, y el tofu seco con pimientos, que era muy tierno. ¡Volveremos sin duda!

Hotel muy bonito, bien ubicado y con amenities fuera de lo común

คุณป้าคุณลุงและพี่สาวน่ารักมาก อบอุ่นเหมือนอยู่บ้านเลย ทั้งไม่ต้องกังวลเรื่องจองที่พักแล้วไม่มีรถไปทางพี่สาวลูกของคุณป้าช่ยดำเนินการเรื่องรถให้ จากฮาร์บินไปแวะsnow towe และเข้าพักที่snow valley คุณป้าทำอาหารอร่อยถูกปากมาก มาอีาการหารเช้าให้ทานฟรี ถังหู่ลู่มีให้กินฟรีทุกวัน มีสาดน้ำร้อน มีการใช้ภาษา Eng ได้ดี และคุณป้าใช้แปลภาษาได้เก่งมากๆ ห้องพักสะอาด ขากลับคุณป้าให้น้ำกับขนมไว้กินระหว่างเดินทางด้วย ที่พักใกล้โคมแดง และเวที เดินเล่นง่าย อยากให้คนไทยมาช่วยกันอุดหนุน เพระาโฮมสเตชาวบ้านเค้าอยู่ได้เพราะนักท่องเที่ยว

Harbin Anshu Family Hotel has only 7 rooms and a family who look after the rooms and guests. Their services are just outstanding. I had a serious problem when i arrived as i had not had time in Beijing, where i was in transit from UK to Harbin, to get a phone SIM Card. Anshu Family Hotel took me to the China Mobile shop in Harbin and stayed with me until i got my card. They flatly refused payment for helping me even though it cost them a lot of time so i got them some grapes as a very small gift to say thankyou for helping me so kindly. The process took nearly two hours due to a complication on my UK phone number settings. However the staff at China Mobile were really good, the Anshu Family were just incredibly patient. They simply would not leave until i was fixed up and able to use my phone. I stayed for just under a week to go to see the major attractions in Harbin, a City with a totally unique identity in China due to its Russian and European Architecture. It is one of the most fascinating cities i have ever visited, Harbin Museum being quite astonishing in its variety and quality of Artifacts. It was the 16th Museum or Museum type building i have visited in China and one of the most enjoyable. This year was Harbins 26th Ice Show, with the Winter Games coming up soon. The Anshu Family Hotel is spot on location for both events, just a $3 taxi ride or Metro for just cents. The hotel has lots of shops, supermarkets, several food roads bristling with many many choices of meal. The Anshu Family make a very low charge for their rooms, in my opinion it could be far higher but they stick at their price. I had not asked for breakfast as i go out early to get to see as much as possible during my day sightseeing. The night before i left i asked them if they would get me a taxi for the morning to get my train. I was to get the taxi at 6.45am. At 5.50 a knock on the door and they came to give me three boiled eggs and a meat stew with noodles. Honestly no Hotel has treated me so kindly. I really recommend grabbing a room with Anshu most especially if you are going to the Ice Show or Winter games. It is a budget Hotel, so be aware of that, but I got a spotless sheet, cover duvet and i was as warm as toast room at night. The water shower is piping hot. Opposite the Hotel road is a huge Govt building as a landmark, i never had any problem finding it. There is a Bank of China two hundred metres from Anshu Family Hotel. Anshu, in my opinion must be one of the top deals on offer from Trip.com.

Muy recomendable. Es un lugar tranquilo, con buen ambiente, baños limpios y, lo más importante, el anfitrión es muy amable. Siempre está dispuesto a ayudar, a reservar coches, a organizar actividades e incluso a cambiar dinero sin coste adicional. Hay juguetes frente al alojamiento.

El personal de recepción del hotel fue muy amable. Estuvimos muy contentos con la habitación y reservamos dos días más. La ubicación es excelente, justo en la Calle Central. La decoración del hotel es muy particular, con un estilo europeo. En la segunda planta hay un restaurante con estofado de olla de hierro y comida rusa. La habitación es muy inteligente, con control por voz, y hay té de la tarde en la sexta planta, donde también hay una gran terraza para hacer fotos. Está cerca de muchas atracciones turísticas y el transporte es muy conveniente. Hay muchas tiendas y lugares para comer alrededor, y los helados Madie'er y los panes grandes de estilo ruso (Dalieba) son muy completos. ¡Lo recomiendo mucho!

Muy buena relación precio / calidad. La habitación es pequeña, le falta un frigobar, caja de seguridad, y tiene la puerta del baño transparente (se ve todo!). El resto está ok!

La ubicación es excelente, a pocos minutos a pie de la estación de tren y muy conveniente para ir a Central Avenue. La recepcionista fue muy amable y, como llegamos temprano y no había habitaciones disponibles, nos hizo un upgrade gratuito a una habitación familiar. La habitación era grande y limpia, y pudimos descansar muy bien después de un día agotador.

I’ll start with the highlight of our stay: the ski rental team at Yabuloni Hotel. Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four （photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better. To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team.

Es asombroso. Los anfitriones están muy entusiasmados de ayudar. Y la comida es realmente deliciosa.
