I recently stayed at Hotel Railwayparc Montreal, Tapestry Collection by Hilton for one night (June 28–29) with my wife, and we had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff made us feel welcome. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful, and guided us through the check-in process with a smile, making everything quick and hassle-free. We stayed in an accessible room, and it exceeded our expectations. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and very peaceful, allowing us to relax comfortably. The accessible bathroom was especially impressive—it was large, well designed, and featured both a spacious walk-in shower and an accessible bathtub, which was a great touch. The hallways and common areas were also spotless and quiet, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere of the hotel. The only small suggestion I have is that it would be great if the hotel could provide room slippers. Since the bathroom has tile flooring, it became quite cold to walk on barefoot, and having slippers available would make the stay even more comfortable. Overall, we had an excellent stay and were very impressed with the cleanliness, comfort, and outstanding customer service. I would gladly stay here again the next time I visit Montreal and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay.

La primera noche se desconectó un falso alarma en todo el hotel a las 4:45. El día siguiente volvimos a nuestra habitación y el servicio de la habitación no se había hecho. Por último, dado que el hotel estaba pasando por renovaciones, nuestra noche de ayer en el hotel fue horrible desde el día antes de que las unidades AC en nuestro piso fueron desactivadas por las mismas renovaciones que se habían dicho anteriormente. En resumen, una experiencia terrible, especialmente por el costo del hotel.

Este encantador hotel se encuentra en el barrio chino de Montreal. El registro es rápido y cuenta con todas las comodidades necesarias.

Excelente lugar es la segunda vez que me quedo aquí. Y lo seguiré haciendo.

The hotel room was very spacious and well-designed with a large comfortable bed. There’s also a sauna with a beautiful view of the city skyline. The location is just north of Berri-UQAM station which makes travel convenient, although the area itself isn’t particularly safe and during the summer months, it’s clear there are a lot of individuals suffering from homelessness, addiction, and mental health struggles who use the surrounding neighbourhood parks to hang out. The hotel staff were generally helpful although there were a few times we made requests to the front desk that needed following up. The amenities in the room itself felt very well-maintained. One downside was that there was no free bottled water provided and we had to buy water from the shop in the hotel lobby, which was heavily overpriced and we thought it was a bit ridiculous considering the price we were paying for the room. Overall, would recommend as it is a cheaper hotel than others but this comes with a price in terms of area safety and amenities provided by the hotel.

Nos alojamos en el Hotel Zero 1 para el Festival Just For Laughs originalmente por 4 noches, que se convirtieron en 5 cuando nuestro vuelo fue cancelado. El hotel tiene una ubicación perfecta, ya sea que vaya de compras a St Catherine's, asista al festival JFL o visite el paseo marítimo del Puerto Viejo. Todo está a poca distancia. El hotel está muy limpio y parece haber sido renovado recientemente. Nos alojamos en una habitación tipo loft #1113. Todo está bien, sin embargo, la ducha podría ser un poco más grande (nos sentimos como si estuviéramos en Europa) con más presión de agua. El personal de limpieza y de recepción son muy agradables. Consideraremos alojarnos aquí nuevamente en nuestra próxima visita a Montreal principalmente por su ubicación cerca de todo.

I chose this hotel because of the good reviews I read online, and I can happily say I wasn't disappointed with my choice. Check-in & Parking Our check-in process was completely smooth and hassle-free. We parked our car in the hotel’s free parking lot. It was quite packed—I assume there was a wedding or another big event going on at the time—but despite the crowd, we managed to find a spot for our car. Room & Amenities The room was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. The beds were comfortable, and the floors were spotless. This is a multi-story hotel with a functioning elevator. I learned that it used to belong to a major hotel chain before it changed ownership and name. You can definitely feel that legacy, as it still maintains a certain standard of high quality. The building itself doesn't look worn out at all. Another great perk was the ice machine; we were able to fill up our icebox for the car free of charge, which was super convenient. The room's AC worked perfectly, the TV had plenty of channels, and the Wi-Fi connection was stable and smooth. Location & Value The hotel is located close to the airport, making it an excellent choice for travelers who need easy airport access. While it is a bit far from the city center, it worked perfectly for us since we had a car. If you don't have a vehicle, the distance from downtown might be something to consider, but for our needs, it was just right. Conclusion Overall, I really liked it. The pricing was very reasonable for what it offers. It’s a clean, comfortable, and highly stayable place. I would definitely recommend it!
