I had a wonderful experience at Brasilia Palace Hotel . The staff at this property are all great and accommodating , they go over and beyond to make your stay comfortable , call a taxi for you if you need and give suggestions about the cities do’s and don’ts ! The facilities are spectacular, a quite place with a stunning lake view , the pool is huge and the buffet breakfast is very delicious and versatile , one can find lactose free milk and gluten free bread there for example! The rooms were spacious and clean with a signature scent , also the beds are very comfortable ! Would definitely send a friend there !☺️☺️☺️

Disfruté de la habitación, bonita y espaciosa. El desayuno era típico de la mayoría de los hoteles brasileños, pero siempre muy bueno. El hotel cuenta con piscina, baño turco y jacuzzi. Están ubicados en el último piso. El personal fue amable y servicial. Sin duda, me alojaría aquí de nuevo.

The hotel is great, with excellent location, staff service and the room is comfortable and clean. Breakfast was amazing. The shower was the best part, such a great shower with strong water force. The only issues encountered were that the bedsheets dont have elastic, so they get out while sleeping, and the toilet was leaking water. Besides that, definetly great hotel.

Melia 21 es muy buscado por los empresarios mientras se encuentran en Brasilia. Tiene un gran servicio y muy buenas instalaciones. Casi siempre te encontrarás con algunos nombres importantes en el hotel.

Total super war der Service und die Lage. Das Zimmer war groß und gut ausgestattet. Das Fitnessstudio hat alles was man braucht. Es gibt auch einen Sauna und Pool, aber diese habe ich nicht genutzt. Das Personal ist freundlich und sprach Englisch. Ich habe mich wohl gefühlt.

Hotel was clean and nice. Buffet breakfast also was really good. And the staff allowed me to early check in at 9 AM, and I was really tired from the long overnight flight. Definitely will recommend this hotel to everyone.

An amazing place in Brasilia at a perfect location to enjoy the city main axis. Also, an standing ovation for the person in charge of the front desk in the night shift whose help and English proficiency proved to be of utter help for me to find my lost mobile on the night of the 3rd March 2025. Obrigado, my amigo! 🇧🇷

Nossa estadia no hotel foi ótima, tinha café gratuitamente na entrada, limpeza ótima, atendimento ok, café da manhã diverso, toda hora reposição. Perto da biblioteca de Brasília. Recomendo.

A estrutura do hotel é boa, higienizado e organizado. No entanto, como estava em viagem sozinha, reservei uma acomodação para 1 pessoa. Chegando lá, me assustei com o tamanho do quarto, que eles intitulam ”cabine”. Muito pequeno, sem janela. Cabe malmente a cama de solteiro e o banheiro pequeno (com chuveiro elétrico pendurado por uma corda). Acabei tendo uma crise de pânico, e ao pedir ajuda, eles informaram que não poderiam fazer o upgrade do quarto. Depois de insistir e deixando claro que eu estava disposta a pagar pelo upgrade, eles conseguiram um quarto maior, com janela, por um valor de 200 reais a mais a diária. Portanto, não recomendo a reserva do quarto tipo cabine, pois não oferece o benefício e conforto equivalente ao preço cobrado. Para quem tem crises de pânico e de lugares apertados: Fuja!
