BbabychamBeautiful hotel, smells gorgeous as soon as you walk in. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Location is excellent, safe and close to restaurants, bars and museums, as well as the tram taking you back to the city centre, close to the train station. My only criticism would be that the room doors tend to slam, the person in the room next to mine slammed their door early repeatedly in the morning and late at night so I recommend bringing earplugs. I missed having a kettle in the room, as an Irish person I like my tea early/late and not trying to figure out how to use the nespresso machine in the public hallway to get hot water, so even being able to request a kettle would be great. Very clean and comfortable stay. Recommended!

The rooms are of a good size, TV with all the channels you need, coffee & tea facility and clean bed and bathlinen - there is also nice shampoo, conditioner, soap and body lotion in the en-suite bathroom. The only two things that could make it even better are: put a fridge in the room
OR invest in an ice machine and, have the rooms cleaned before 3pm (mine was cleaned at 5 pm when i returned from a whole day’s work and had to wait) OR recruit more cleaners. By all means, I’ll return and thank you for a great stay.

Chinatown a la puerta y el zoológico, así como sin embargo esta zona se siente desagradable y sucio. The breakfast place is acceptable bit the variety of food is not more. The picked food areas are not very big enough to many people to line up to pick good!
I recommend all come to have breakfast as early as you can.

EEgor KrombergI had a mixed experience at Moxy Antwerp. On the positive side, the breakfast was really good, with a nice variety and quality. The location is also convenient: you can reach the city center in about 30 minutes on foot or 10–15 minutes by tram, and the largest museum is just a 5–10 minute walk away. There’s also a grocery store nearby that’s open on Sundays, which is very handy.
However, there were several downsides. The check-in process was slow - staff needed to verify something, and I had to wait in the lobby with my 5-year-old child instead of going straight to the room. The “welcome drink” was disappointing: after we had already chosen cocktails, we were told we could only pick from a single limited option. It felt misleading and poorly communicated.
Cleanliness was also an issue. There was a dirty table in the room, stains on the bathroom walls, and the room had an unpleasant smell - possibly due to pets being allowed, which raises the question of why carpet is used at all.
Overall, while the location and breakfast are strong points, the service and cleanliness need significant improvement.

CChristianThe hotel is in an excellent location if you are working at the conference centre a Room with a Zoo, you have to walk one minute across the square.
I ate twice in the restaurant, both times the food was mediocre (too much tomato sauce on pizza, very strange and poorly made carbonara with pasta that was dry due to being put under the grill). The breakfast was also extremely basic for 20 euros a day, one day the baked beans were empty the whole time I was there, several days most of the cherry tomatoes were wrinkled. The juices were nice and the bread was fresh.
Overall, the staff seemed slightly poorly coordinated in ensuring someone was available at the bar and reception. The bar was frequently unmanned, and the reception was as well, it seemed like sometimes bar staff were spending time with friends.
In addition, the bathroom in my room smelt, from the day of arrival.
Overall the location is good and it seemed relatively clean, but the rooms are small, I would not eat here, but the bar is suitable for a drink.

CCindyTsangThe reason of booking this hotel was because of the modern and cool room design and its swimming pool.
However, the stay was bad. We stayed for three day, and didn't required for the cleaning service until day 3 morning.
And the unexpected sittuation happened. We had missing items on my cosmetic and massage products and tools.
We did contact the hotel for the investigation, but they did not do any investigation and only said I will be upgraded with breakfast for the next day.
The swimming pool needs to be booked before going, but actually no one managed and controlled the number of people using the pool.
It starts to get crowned for more than 12 people. The towels were on every sun bed, even no one was using them.
The check-in was not smooth and fast. It took an hour to access the room. I was charged the city tax two times, one prepaid online, another time on arrival.
Then the front desk requested me to send a formal email to enquire the hotel about the over charged of city tax, then the fee was waived at once in 15 minutes later.
The room key did not work with the first room then I was given a new room key for another room 15 minutes later
There were no chair / stool for the customers at the check-in desk, and the check-in process was so long and tiring.
I was not happy with my stay.

TTopperUKEl hotel está fabulosamente bien ubicado, justo al lado de la estación central, ¡lo que ahorra mucho trabajo con el equipaje!
Este establecimiento en particular necesita un poco de mantenimiento. Al entrar al edificio, las alfombras están sucias y la pintura está desconchada en muchos puntos, lo que le da un aspecto descuidado. La recepción estaba claramente abarrotada y necesita personal adicional, aunque la chica que atendió a mi llegada hizo un trabajo fantástico a pesar de algunos guías turísticos particularmente incómodos que insistían en llamar la atención.
La habitación no estaba a la altura de la limpieza. ¡No había protector de colchón! Esto debería ser motivo de amonestación, más que cualquier otra cosa. Si me alojara en un hotel de cuatro o cinco estrellas sin protectores de colchón, normalmente rechazaría la habitación. Simplemente no es higiénico. El balcón de mi habitación claramente no se había limpiado en mucho tiempo y había un cenicero rebosante de bastoncillos de algodón y envoltorios.

Reservaría este hotel de nuevo y de nuevo si el servicio y las condiciones fueran las mismas.
Situado en el centro, el procedimiento de inspección fue fácil.
El bar con snacks/aliments/bevandes fue un servicio excepcional :)
Consejo El olor del baño - Puede ser resuelto para cambiar/limpiar el drenaje/sifon.
Consejo: El aire acondicionado no estaba allí o las instrucciones para poner el aire acondicionado no estaban claras. La habitación era demasiado caliente para dormir. Las ventanas de apertura eran una solución, pero el sonido de las voces entre las calles era demasiado alto.
Consejo: La falta de servicio con nuestra reserva. Aunque estaba tratando de pagar por anticipado. Había un mensaje de pop-up que mu habitación con desayuno no estaba disponible. Pero el proceso de pago estaba aún en curso. Después de eso, vi que reservaba una habitación Superior sin desayuno. El hotel no tiene ninguna solución ni la solución Trip.com.

UUsuario invitadoWij verbleven 2 nachten in een kamertype: studio. We kwamen vroeger aan dan de voorziene check-in tijd maar werden zeer vriendelijk ontvangen. We konden ons omkleden en de bagage werd veilig bewaard aan de receptie (en nadien door een medewerker naar de kamer gebracht). Via een persoonlijke SMS werden we op de hoogte gebracht wanneer de kamer klaar was. Aangezien we toen niet meer in het hotel waren werd de code en procedure duidelijk uitgelegd om later vlot in te checken via huisnummer 115. De studio was ruim en voorzien van alles zoals voorgesteld tijdens de reservatie. Voor de rokers is er een ruime aparte 'patio'. Hier kan je rustig roken en je eigen drankje consumeren zonder de 'niet-rokers' te storen. Zowel in de kamer, kitchenette en badkamer was de hygiëne prima. Op de gang is er tevens een automaat met enkele drankjes, snoep, chips, tandenborstel,... voorzien. Dit hotel voldeed ruimschoots aan alle verwachtingen van een 3-sterren product. Het uitchecken verliep vlot en wederom hartelijk en vriendelijk. In de kamer was het geluid van de straat wel hoorbaar maar dat wisten we op voorhand gezien de ligging van het hotel (bij een volgende reservatie vragen we misschien een kamer aan de binnenzijde). Een hotelkamer in het echte centrum van de stad heeft dan weer andere geluiden. Het hotel is bijzonder gemakkelijk bereikbaar vanaf het centraal (trein)station en op 20 minuten te voet ben je in hartje Antwerpen. Bij een volgende uitstap naar Antwerpen zal onze keuze snel gemaakt zijn en kiezen we voor Arass Hôtel & Business Flats.
