HHimanshuDuring our recent stay at the Tasman Luxury Hotel, we were fortunate to have the exceptional service provided by Tayla and Ebony, who truly went above and beyond to ensure that our experience was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, their warm and welcoming demeanor made us feel right at home. They were attentive to our needs, offering personalized recommendations and assistance that enhanced our stay significantly. One of the highlights of our mornings was breakfast at Peppina, the hotel's on-site restaurant. The breakfast menu featured a delightful array of options, from freshly baked pastries to hearty, made-to-order dishes. Each meal was prepared with care and presented beautifully, making it a pleasure to start our day. The atmosphere at Peppina was equally inviting, with a charming decor that complemented the delicious food, creating a perfect setting for a leisurely breakfast. In the evenings, we enjoyed drinks at Mary Mary, another fantastic venue within the hotel. The bar had a vibrant yet relaxed ambiance, making it an ideal spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The cocktail menu was impressive, featuring both classic favorites and innovative creations crafted by skilled mixologists. Each drink we ordered was expertly made and beautifully garnished, adding to the overall experience. Overall, our stay at the Tasman Luxury Hotel was a true testament to hospitality at its finest. The combination of exceptional service from Tayla and Ebony, along with delightful dining experiences at Peppina and Mary Mary, created a memorable getaway that we will cherish for a long time. We left feeling rejuvenated and grateful for the outstanding care we received throughout our visit.

UUsuario invitadoEl hotel es un hotel muy agradable, pero no muy conveniente si conduce. Los huéspedes deben entrar desde la escalera, y tuvimos que llevar nuestras pesadas maletas, que no era muy conveniente. En el lado positivo, la ubicación es excelente muy cerca del centro de visita y la zona principal de compras, lo que hace que sea fácil explorar a pie. El hotel está en el centro de la ciudad de Valet, donde se encuentra el centro de la ciudad. En general, un hotel bien situado con un buen servicio, pero el acceso puede ser un poco difícil para los conductores.

UUsuario invitadoAs an international brand, I don't think this Crown Palace is qualify during my staying experience. I'm checking in on 25th Dec, understand that is holiday so no other restaurants open so we decided to have dinner at The Core restaurants. We arrived at around 19:40 and finished order at 20:00, however the food just arrived after 40min after I chased at 20:35 even the 6pcs oysters. On 26th, I have ordered 2 bottles of water at around 00:00 for my kid before sleep, however it was not arrived until next day. I was just check out & back to hotel lobby (4/F) for toilet. And found a male staff going to female toilet for cleaning after me. I was shocked & scare so I come out and going to the unisex one. When I approached FO counter & mentioned I'm quite scare. But the female staff just told me that was normal and just simply appologize without any explanation. To be honest, that's really unacceptable & never come back.

UUsuario invitadoEl hotel está situado en el Battery Point, que contiene muchos paisajes hermosos y edificios especiales. Hay muchos tipos de habitaciones y diferentes demandas pueden satisfacerse. La cocina no es tan grande, pero se ofrece café y té gratis. Aquí se ofrece un parking gratuito. Puedes encontrar a varios visitantes y la mayoría son equipajes. Durante nuestra estancia aquí fue el cumpleaños de la hija del propietario. El pan dulce y las mosquitas son compartidos gratis por él.

MMattyFLa cama era grande y muy cómoda. El baño también era muy grande. Todo estaba limpio. La mayoría de los habitaciones están en anexos, con recepción y cena en el antiguo edificio (viejo para Oz, de todos modos) que tiene un poco de estilo. La recepción era rápida y profesional. En el centro de la ciudad, el hotel está muy cerca de la ciudad, y el hotel está muy cerca de la ciudad. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer. El otro sólo tiene espacio para que no haya acogida. Me sentí un poco engañado que la mitad del espacio de guardarropa potencial me fue negado! En equilibrio, me gustaría quedarme de nuevo, aunque es un poco de salida de la ciudad. En general es grande, limpio, cómodo y maneja un pequeño estilo.

KKanchana KhamtaIf you have an early morning flight departing from Hobart Airport and do not have a car (for example, if you have already returned your rental car), I do not recommend staying at this hotel. Even though it is close to the airport, you may face serious transportation issues like the one I experienced. The hotel is located about 1.8 km from Hobart Airport. By car or taxi, it takes around 5 minutes. However, if you walk, Google Maps shows it takes approximately 25–30 minutes. On 13 December 2025 at around 5:00 PM, I asked the front desk staff to help me pre-book a taxi with 13CABS for the next morning, using my Australian local number from my eSIM. After the booking was completed, I received an SMS confirming my 13CABS request, including the pickup date and time, as well as a tracking link. On the morning of 14 December, I checked out very early at 5:45 AM. At that time, the front desk was closed, so I returned the key card at the counter. I then opened the tracking link from the SMS to check the taxi’s location. I could see a car on the map, but it appeared to be quite far away. I decided to wait. As the pickup time approached, I went outside to wait at the drop-off area, but no taxi arrived. I checked the tracking link again and found that the car was no longer coming. At 5:54 AM, I received another SMS from 13CABS saying: “Hi this is 13 CABS. We are sorry for the delay, we hope to have a vehicle to 1 Holyman, CAMBRIDGE shortly. Do you still require a taxi? Please reply Y/N.” I replied “Y” immediately. After waiting another five minutes with no further updates, I started to feel very anxious. At that point, I met a couple from Hong Kong who were experiencing the same issue—the taxi they had pre-booked also did not arrive. I then called the after-hours reception number provided by the hotel. The staff member was very helpful and advised me to contact 13CABS directly to make a new booking. When I called 13CABS, the operator made a new booking for me and sent another SMS confirmation. However, after waiting for quite a while, there was still no taxi. I asked the Hong Kong couple, and they told me their taxi was supposedly on the way. About five minutes later, a taxi finally stopped at the drop-off area. The couple checked with the driver—it was not their booked taxi. I then asked the driver, and it was not booked under my name either. However, the driver explained that he was waiting in the airport queue and had received a call from head office instructing him to pick up passengers from Mantra Hobart Airport and take them to Hobart Airport. In the end, both the Hong Kong couple and I shared that taxi. The driver charged me AUD 21 and charged the couple AUD 21 as well. In conclusion, staying here is risky if you have an early morning flight, even though the hotel is close to the airport. You may encounter serious issues arranging transportation in the early hours and risk missing your flight. That morning, while I was waiting at the drop-off area, I also saw a man walking from the hotel toward the airport, pulling his suitcase. Unfortunately, it was raining at the time, and the weather was cold, making the situation even worse.
