地理位置和設施都很好，依山而建，是完全放空心靈的不二之選，但距離景邁山各個網紅寨子需要開一個半小時的路，如果選擇住宿期間出去玩，那麼基本上酒店安排的活動都沒有時間享受了，既然價格不菲，那麼我就提一些意見： 服務：掛着攜程的頭銜，我對服務是有所期待的，但工作人員都是附近村民，明顯缺乏服務意識，攜程沒有提供足夠的管理服務培訓或者安排專業酒管人員駐場，我認為責任在酒店管理層而非工作人員，具體體現在：沒有主動告知酒店配有的活動；首次接待時間是晚上7，8點，不確定是不是已經過了上班時間，反正接待人員滿身酒氣；有洗衣服務，但衣服交給他們之後，在洗了之後才告知乾衣機壞了，所以就算住了兩個晚上，我們也是拿着濕漉漉的衣服走，體現出缺乏服務意識對設施瞭解以及靈活處理問題的能力； 設施：馬桶套其實根本不能套上馬桶蓋，虛設了，希望能配置的東西確定是適合的；國內很多很好的文學作品，其實小日本的小説未必需要擺在房間裏，我認為作為國內酒店這些小細節應該留意一下； 最後關於早餐，第一天酒店有幾家客人，所以早餐很豐富，吃的很高興、但第二天應該就衹有我們兩個房間的客人，所以衹有一個託盤端上來的番薯雞蛋幹蒸、落差太大了！
