Clean but less tissue paper for 3 persons

The room was clean and hygienic, but it was a little far from the city center. However, there were 24-hour convenience stores nearby, which was nice.

Good price and convenient parking

There were no paper towels in the room, only toilet paper in the bathroom. The room is showing its age and needs renovation. Everything seems to be cut corners, and the quality has decreased compared to previous experiences. I don't think I will use their services again.

The service of the staff is quite disappointing. Book a room by specifying a room away from the elevator and quiet because we really want to rest. When we arrived, I met a male employee who was serving the previous customer and we heard that guest complaining that this branch was not good in service and so on. Later, we received service from a female staff. There was no problem until we came up to the room. It became a room that was quite close to the elevator and there was a loud cry from the opposite room. We tried to close the door, but the children and parents arguing clearly came into the room. Therefore, we went down to ask for a request to change room with the same female employee and informed that we would like to a room far away from the elevator and quiet (which I had been notified since the time of booking, but I didn't understand why I got a room that was not of the right type). And at that time, the two employees talked to each other and agreed to change the room to a room far away from the elevator and on the innermost part, which was very good. But then in less than “10 minutes” resting in this new room. The male staff assigned the opposite room to the new customer who had "two small children!!" and playing quite loudly along the hall through their room :( . Finally, we gave up talking with this kind of staff and went outside to avoid the noise. Then come back in the middle of the night to make sure that those children were asleep. But in the end, in the morning, we were woken up by the sound of two children screaming loudly from the opposite room. Such a bad stay and we’re still wondering about the service mind and attitude of the male staff.

The room is big enough for 3 people and there are a lot of parking area. Nice staff.

Good hotel. Good bed and comfortable. Peaceful environment.

The hotel was smelly but it’s kinda budget-hotel, so if u have low budget, and good restaurant are around there - easy to find food.

The hotel is a bit dated and the air conditioner was a little loud during the night, but overall, the stay was fine. The staff were friendly and the service was decent for a budget option. Good for a short stay if you're not too picky about modern amenities.

Excellent value for money. 3 people stayed in same room. Friendly staff, good hospitality. Only missing thing would be, no ac or fan in the reception.

location is a bit remote, basic stuff only provided.
