設施：建議訂這家民宿的白天先去踩點一下，晚上太黑了，會錯過民宿入口。到了裏面彎彎繞繞的也會開錯，晚上太黑了，一點燈光都沒有。停車位很少，也沒有規劃停車場，就是停在大堂門口，就衹能停幾輛車。 衞生：特別糟糕，當時攜程上訂的時候以為都是休閑房型，照片都一樣，訂完才發現是什麼湖景小屋，再和攜程溝通退掉換個房型也被酒店那邊拒了。建議衝著封面圖片去住的看清楚，要選休閑房型。對衞生有點要求的千萬不要住湖景木屋，實在太糟糕了。設施老舊的不行，衞生很差，看着又破又臟的，頂上有個鬼火燈，大晚上太鬼畜了，房間很昏暗，沒有很亮的燈，全是蜘蛛網。 服務：沒有服務，21點得辦完入住，20.50幾分卡點到，工作人員都着急下班，21點之後沒有工作人員了，叮囑衹有緊急情況才能電話他們。 全程就白天景色和早餐還行，但也得有太陽的時候，

服務很好，設施相比價格有點簡陋了。附近有一家Amisfield餐廳很好吃，步行衹要10分鐘，值得嘗試。

是我住過的最滿意的酒店，環境優美，酒店整體非常優雅。很喜歡我們的房間，落地窗很大，景色超級好。酒店服務也很好，因為莊園太大，還有人開車帶我們去房間。紅酒，飲食都很好，很喜歡。

酒店的設施，環境都很好，唯一讓人生氣的是在入住時服務員問我們從哪裡來，回答是中國，服務態度一下子變差，笑容消失，給的房間也是最角落，風景有遮擋。

We stayed in The Retreat at Stonebridge and this is a simply fantastic architectural building with massive rooms and amazing views over Lake Hayes towards Arrowtown. the pool was chilly in March but this didn't stop us swimming. It's pretty expensive but I honestly can't say it isn't worth it. If you're looking for an iconic place to say outside the main city of Queenstown, this might be it.

We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary at Stoneridge Estate. The service, accommodation and food exceeded all expectations. The location and venue were perfect. Great views, peaceful and relaxing. We had the Chef Table with wine pairing, this was an amazing experience. We have a wonderful memory to start our next 20 years. We will be back and I would definitely recommend.

Wow! A stunning place. We loved staying here. It was a treat for our last night on South Island and felt very special. We chose the chef’s tasting menu with paired wines - which was fantastic. Special mentions must go to Jade and the executive chef (Jex?) for a wonderful, memorable and truly delightful evening of New Zealand hospitality, sumptuous food and delicious wines.

We fell in love with this place and stayed longer than we’d planned! Had a room in the main building first, which was great. But moved to a lodge and it was really spectacular. I could have lived there! There’s a big lake you could walk/run around (we didn’t though, the only running we did was when we ran out of time in NZ…!). Has its own ‘back door’ (a NZ term for a winery bar, for wine tasting) where we enjoyed some wine in the sun. Not far from another one either and easy to get to Queenstown by Uber. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was great! Note: It’s quite expensive for dinner, a bit more ‘fine dining’ and you’ll need to book. We weren’t looking for that so we ate out or did Uber Eats!
