We love the fact that the hotel is pet friendly, room was very clean and the breakfast was amazing especially the blueberry scones. Everything is very convenient to get to from here as well. The only thing is that I wish the water pressure in the shower was better. Other than that we had a very comfortable stay and we'll be back again.

The staff was great. There was remodeling going on so somethings were in rare form. The tub needs redoing and there were some flaws here and there to fix.

I have stayed at hotels in Lafayette LA many times. This was the best yet! I will stay here again in the future. It was clean. But the staff was so kind and warm. There wasn't a single bug. It was quiet and clean.

Staff was friendly and so nice.
The grounds and rooms have been (or in the process) of being renovated. Great grounds and lobby with a happy hour and good breakfast.

Nice staff, good rooms. The place is going through refurbishment right now though so some of the facilities are closed and you may need to walk through building work to get to where you want to be.

The hotel was going through a full renovation, the 4th floor was mostly completed though all areas had ongoing work every day

The desk clearly gave us an upgrade and put us on the top floor. There was construction debris everywhere and dusk and exposed electrical wire. Workers had ladders and material in the hallway blocking fire hazard.

The property is not we kept, there was a bug in the bathroom, smelling old and musty, curtains dingy & dusty.
