Las aguas termales son muy cómodas y el entorno es muy hermoso. Se dice que es una fuente termal volcánica natural pura, dividida en múltiples piscinas. El servicio del hotel también es bueno, se les dará una copa de vino y té a los recién llegados, refrescantes. Pero el defecto es que el desagüe del baño en la habitación del hotel puede estar bloqueado. La experiencia no es buena. El número de habitación es 1204.

Amazing amazing amazing! I want to go back already! Hot springs were amazing, I love the option of having at least one of the hot springs open 24/7, they change it each night for cleaning purposes, they’re very strict on the towels, each one is literally accounted for otherwise there is a fee per towel, no big deal as long as you keep track, didn’t really need to carry a towel around anyway, the only downside I’d have to say was the Italian restaurant was much better then the buffet option, also the slides are pretty intense, I actually hurt my foot on one of them, but it didn’t stop the fun. Wish I were back there!

El lugar muy limpio seguro y bonito.
No pude hacer el masaje porque abren a las 11.30 y supuestamente solo ay 1 masajista. No se si era porque tenía un descuento o si es la verdad, esto me molesto

There was very little to none hot water to bathe!! The drinks were very weak!!! And expensive for just sugar! The drinks were good during the week and as the weekend came they turned to water and sugar basically! Staff was good as far as service but the front desk staff needed attention!!
