Beautiful clean hotel. Friendly staff. Got early check in. Right on the port. Will definitely stay again.

Property right on the harbour good for restaurants and bars,very busy and noisy,early morning refuse collection did not help,corridor in hotel dark ,we forgot are door code for the inside door used the intercom for 20 minutes with no reply another guest let us in he to had the same problem earlier

The room we had smelt of Damp. Overall average comparted to our other experiences in France.

Really amazing experience at this lovely, friendly restaurant. Excellent food for dinner, and even better service (thanks to our waiter, Davide.) It was my mother’s birthday and they made it really special for her by giving her a birthday candle in her crepe and a gift of a token for the fairground carousel ! 🤣

The hotel is situated right on the harbour. The views from the room are spectacular

Good hotel let down by dreadful service in the bar / restaurant, Located on the centre of La Flotte the hotel has a great position to walk out anywhere. Parking is within 5 mins walk. Our room was great, good size and recently redecorated. Excellent shower / bathroom and whilst no a/c it was kept cool by the sea breeze. The whole hotel is in good condition and attractively decorated in a contemporary coastal style. Something to be aware of at this location is noise, the evening market is outside, that’s fine but when the morning market sets up it can be intrusive, but it’s also part of being in the centre, more than offset by the harbour location. The big downside of the hotel is unfortunately the service attitude of the bar / restaurant. Across two nights the bar service was ridiculously slow and disorganised despite being almost empty. There just wasn’t a positive attitude from the management - staff seemed to almost be nervous and checked everything with the direction, it felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming to the extent we stopped using the bar / restaurant. A shame as the one dinner we had was pretty good. We loved il de re and La Flotte, on our 14 day travels across 6 hotels and 12 restaurants only Le Francais disappointed. The overwhelming experience was excellent, including the other places we used in La Flotte, St Martin etc. Le Francais stood out for the wrong reasons, poor service made an otherwise very attractive hotel a disappointing experience.

First of all, in Mohammed, they have a superb manager. Nothing was too much trouble and he was superb in every respect. The hotel has been completely renovated and was in 3 star condition facing over the delightful little port of La Flotte. Highly recommended

What. A fantastic hotel great location ans we were luck to get room 32 that looked over the harbour
