"Hotel is ok - rooms quite small but reasonable fixtures - some decor damage but minor. Setting & grounds quiet with some outdoor seating. A couple of restaurants within a few minutes walk so a good (out of town) location for a stopover Slept ok - no noise."

"Very pleasant hotel with private free parking, although if full, next door is a parking area also free. Staff were all English speaking, helpful and accommodating. We were on the top floor , in a room with a sloping ceiling which can cause a problem if you forget to duck which my husband always did. Shower very powerful, but, for us, the shower cubicle a bit small. Constant hot water which was wonderful. Sometimes you have to wait a length of time for hot water to come through which is a waste of water. Only slight negative for us, was that the only lighting was 2 bedside lights and the bathroom. Would definitely stay again if we were visiting La Fleche again on our journey south."

"This dilapidated 17th Century hotel was a tourist trap…It was perhaps the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The stairs to the room were so steep we could barely get our luggage to the room. I felt the stairs were going to collapse under my feet. It was dark, dank, and to be honest a scary place to stay. We were met by the hotel manager who was pleasant enough, but we had to call him to open up the hotel so we could check in. Similarly the next morning when we tried to check out, he was no where to be found. We had to call the phone half a dozen times for him to pick up to get him to the desk. Quite frankly it felt like Hotel California - where you can check in but never leave…perhaps we were just one of the lucky ones and the devil said our souls weren’t pure enough to keep. Another comparison perhaps is the Batemans Hotel in Psycho"

"En un hotel especial y bien restaurado, el hotel es un hotel muy pequeño y encantador, y es un hotel perfecto para un equipo profesional y amable. Pasamos una noche en familia, en dos hermosas habitaciones, una en el rdc en el jardín, la otra en el primer piso de la calle. Habitaciones espaciosas, muy decoradas con sabor, letrina cómoda y gran baño. Desayuno en un salón de aparatos maravilloso, con todo lo que necesitas. Excelente consejo para los restaurantes de la noche. Un stand superior, muy lejos de las tres estrellas que conocemos en general. ¡Volveremos!"

"Excelente estancia en La Fléche y encantadores los anfitriones Nathalie y Olivier en La Templerie. Aparte de las comodidades de una casa hogareña, con el servicio de desayuno exquisito, nuestra estancia fue realmente acogedora. Valoramos mucho el trato personal de los propietarios que, como muestra de su dedicación, al dejarnos olvidado un pequeño cable/USB en nuestra salida, nos lo han hecho llegar vía postal a nuestro domicilio. Chapeau y gracias a ellos y, como dice mi mujer, volveremos a La Templerie. Patricia y Antonio"
