"Just returned home from a great five night stay in this lovely hotel. All members of staff were friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed being able to ski from the hotel down to the Beauregard gondola and back via the poma outside the hotel. One day we were even able to ski back to the locker room door after a sizeable fall of snow! Enjoyed our ample breakfasts and delicious, more than ample, dinners. The one criticism would be the unsightly mould in the grout over the bath."

"We stayed here for Christmas 2025 as a family of 5, staying on D block. I was a little apprehensive after reading the reviews, however we couldn’t fault the accommodation. The beds were comfortable including the sofa bed. We had a kitchenette, which meant that we could cook basic meals but we mostly eat out. We visited the restaurant Les 2 Mules which is part of the hotel and the food and attention to detail were fantastic. On our last morning we had issues with the taxi which Crystal ski should have provided for us. The reception team were so patient and helpful and got us a taxi to take us to the airport. We can’t recommend this place enough. Our apartment had a lovely view of the mountain and was very close to the Bossonet ski lift."
