Nos complace saber que apreció las habitaciones de buen tamaño con ventanas que se pueden abrir, las almohadas amplias, el ambiente tranquilo para un buen descanso y las agradables áreas comunes llenas de vegetación. También nos anima que el dispensador de agua en la habitación le haya parecido una gran ventaja, y que nuestra panadería le haya ofrecido opciones prácticas y deliciosas durante su visita. Entendemos perfectamente que nuestra ubicación, si bien es ideal para quienes visitan Kiyomizu-dera y Gion por primera vez a pie, puede no ser del agrado de todos, especialmente de los viajeros frecuentes a Kioto que prefieren otras zonas. Tomamos nota de su comentario sobre la distancia a pie desde el ascensor, así como de la mancha de café/té en la mesa, que no cumple con nuestros altos estándares de limpieza. Le pedimos disculpas sinceramente por este descuido y hemos compartido sus comentarios con nuestro equipo de limpieza para garantizar una limpieza más exhaustiva en el futuro.
