Valoraciones de Hotel New Hankyu Kyoto

Muy bonito y cómodo, todo está a poca distancia (¡estación de Kioto, tiendas de conveniencia y restaurantes!)

Jaja, es muy gracioso. El sitio web de Ctrip dice "habitación doble mediana", y la que reservaron para nosotros es una "habitación de plan ecológico". No se limpia y la basura no se tira. Está bien, Ctrip. He No lo he usado durante mucho tiempo y quiero usarlo. Hace que la gente se desplome nuevamente. No puedo soportarlo más y no puedo escapar.

Hotel antiguo, todo es regular. 1. La recepcionista es china (no es personal de servicio de Hong Kong ni de Taiwán), dale un pasaporte chino, primero habla japonés, luego inglés y ni siquiera lo entiendes, finalmente habla chino para recibirte. Parece que quiere mostrar sus habilidades lingüísticas, en lugar de usar inmediatamente su acento local para atender a los invitados después de ver el pasaporte chino.

Experience was good, albeit hotel was a little small but was manageable.

Great hotel to stay in, just opposite Kyoto station. Breakfast is Japanese/western buffet style.

Location was very good. It’s nearby to convenience store and train station. Room was clean and staff was friendly.

Great location and very near to Kyoto station. Hotel room is good size but dated. Housekeeping staff if very courteous and friendly. Reception mixed reviews as one of the Japanese man was not so friendly but other than that the rest are all very helpful.

the hotel just across the road from kyoto station .it is very nice hotel ,spacious room and friendly staff. i will stay there again when i come to kyoto. it is very convenient to anywhere in kyoto.

We were traveling in a group of 2 adults + 2 children and this was one of the few options available. I heard that Hotel New Hankyu Kyoto will stop operating in 2025, it's a shame. I really enjoyed it because we don't get real keys at hotels anymore, but at Hotel New Hankyu Kyoto you do - so it's really quaint. The location is really good, next to the Tower and right opposite Lawson if you need a late night ramen. It's also opposite Isetan, Porta, JR station and metro station. Going to/ coming from KIX Kansai airport is really convenient. The rooms are well kept even though the deco/reno is a little dated - it doesn't shout yucky. As a matter of fact, it shouts classy. I would stay here again.

Opposite Kyoto train station. Very convenient as therr are many eateries available. Halal tempura also available at porta dining. Lots of amenities provided at the lobby. Toothbrush a little hard. Else all good.

Location is the best. Just across the Kyoto Station. Alot of food shops outside the hotel. The best one is the Food Hall at the basement of Kyoto Tower. Alot of options and affordable choices.

Hotel is just opposite the Kyoto station which has Isetan and museum, and is linked to Porta Underground shopping mall - basement gourmet heaven! Very friendly staff and room is bigger than New Hankyu Osaka. Will stay again if I’m going to Kyoto.

Excellent service from the front desk and concierge who provided info on transport options and helped in baggages and packages. The location is good, near kyoto station and the buses. Shopping, food and convenience stores are within walking distance from the hotel. Recommended!

The hotel requires some upgrades. It is very outdated. Close to the station.
