El hotel está situado a unos 10 minutos a pie de la estación de Kioto, lo cual es muy conveniente. Las funciones de vida cercanas también son bastante buenas, incluidos supermercados/supermercados de alimentos frescos/restaurantes. Es solo que el baño de la habitación tiene un olor muy fuerte a orina. Enjuagué todo el baño con gel de ducha y sigue mal. Check in place no es un lugar para registrarse Es un poco complicado, no está muy lejos, pero hay que caminar una o dos calles. La habitación no es grande, pero el equipamiento es bueno. El personal de servicio es muy educado. Hay una cocina compartida y una lavadora.

Nice hotel with good location which just 7-8mins walk distance from Kyoto station. Convenient with shared kitchen, guest laundry(fee required), also luggage storage before check in.

Clean, convenience, not far from kyoto station (by walk approx 10 min). There is family mart near residence (approx 50m). Comfortable bed and fluffy. Shower and bath are good. Daily change towel. There is slipper, washing machine with detergent. Kitchen is good with knife, pot, bowl, dish, cup, green tea and coffee drip etc. Luggage can store before and after check out. Resi Stay Rlreception is opposite another side of kyoto station (opposite with Avanti mall).

The hotel overall was good. It was a self-serve hotel with little or no service. They provided clean towels everyday if you wished, but it ends there. If you are accustomed to having coffee, tea, and water restocked as in most hotels, then you'll be disappointed. There was tv with good programming, coin operated washers and dryers, a communal cooking and eating area by the front entry.

The staycation is near almost our destinations by bus and subway. Its location is super suitable for foreigner travelers. The staffs are friendly, supportive and useful. Highly rcm for the next trip to Kyoto!

Overall, the stay in Resi Heart was great. The location was super convenient, with Lawson and Family Mart nearby and an easy access to Kyoto Station. The only downside I can think of was only the pillow. The pillow was too soft.

Very good location, less than 10 min walk from Kyoto station. There are washing machines available and really enjoyed the big communal kitchen and tables available for us to cook or buy back food to sit down and eat at leisure. The check-in lobby is now at site instead of 2 blocks away as described in earlier reviews. You can’t check in earlier than 3pm but can leave your luggage in their storage room. We appreciated that.

We stayed in the hotel for 8 days. There is no one to help tidy up the room or change the bedsheets. The basic provisions of the hotel like the supply of bottled water, coffee and teabags are only provided on the first day as sort of welcoming. There should be flexibility if the customers stay for a long period. After all, we paid about HK$20,000 for 8 days. I expect to enjoy the service and comfort of at least a 4-star hotel. But basically after the check-in, we enjoyed no service at all. This is truly disappointing. I’ll never book this hotel again.
