Guesthouse Nagashima

This is a no-frill place in a beautiful house. Price wise acceptable since we don't want to pay the Nagashima's 3 options. Check in is by 9pm, we checked in after Nabana No Sato so we rushed to see the illunination and checking in around 8pm. It's just 15 minute drive to the house but on a narrow and dark road with no street lamp. The turn off is kind of easily missed as it's in a middle of nowhere without a lamp post. We managed to make an U-turn at the Outlet shopping and luckily with no on-coming car to blind us managed to get to the house. Kindly of a scary night drive for us but we made it safely. There were total of 5 rooms, all located on upper floor - steep staircase up. We bring our backpack with us only just need to walk up slowly. We are in room 1 - we get the theme park view from the window. Beautiful lounge area on lower ground - we didn't check it out. There is a small kitchen to boil water, shared toilet at upper level and dedicated locked bath/toilet for each room located beside the car park area. Room was clean, same with the toilets/bath - we were just surprised by the bath's arrangement. It's not so convenient when raining or I suspect during winter. It rained when we are there, no issue for us - we had an umbrella and we took turn using the bath, texting each other when we are nearly done. Just must remember to bring all your stuffs to the bath, else you need to walk back and forth and up the stairs. From the house to Strawberry farm/7-11 the owner showed us the way using the narrow internal road. Day time drive is ok, our rental car is of a bigger type - we all help to watched out for the turning to ensure our car get thru safely. Going to Outlet shopping is fine.. we had a good time at Nagashima and enjoyed our stay here except from the scary night drive.

Amazing place great host

如果去名古屋玩全世界最長的過山車、水上樂園、溫泉、outlet 這些地方的話，這間民宿性價比高，亦非常近，地方、清潔、乾淨寧靜，民宿老闆熱情款待，有時她還親自揸車送我們到outlet及巴士站，我們非常感激他們。唯一不便的就是浴室會在屋外及上房時要經過一條樓梯, 如果行李太重，就有點辛苦了！
