The hotel is very good nice real nice room nice food. I try almost all the restaurant in the hotel because I spend 8 night there and my family plays ski and snowboard almost every day. We love the environment around there. It’s so cool if you had a chance we will go back again soon.

Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono’s architecture, environment, interior design, and lighting design were all truly wonderful. We were consistently impressed by the excellence of service, which made our visit even more memorable. The food and beverage service was warm and attentive, enhancing the overall dining experience. The front desk and transportation team were outstanding in assisting us with our trip activities and transport arrangements. Additionally, the housekeeping department did a fantastic job in keeping our room clean and tidy. It is evident that the hardware and software (the staff) at Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono are perfectly matched. We are so glad we chose to stay at Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono We look forward to returning in the future!

Rooms are wonderful with a dining table and sofa. Restaurants are Difficult to book. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

Excellent experience. Spacious room with great design. Restaurants are excellent overall. Tree trekking and all kinds of activities are beyond expectations

Excellent hotel, high prices but you get what you’re paying for

The service and rooms are unbeatable. Despite it takes us a while to drive from Airport to the hotel, but the room, the view and the people from Park hyatt. I’ve been travelling over half the globe,this is by far one of the best hotels I’ve stayed so far. Love the hand sanitiser machine are everywhere in the hotel corner despite the end of pandemic.

We think this is the best hotel in this area for ski in ski out, hotel is big with many restaurants. We had good service from May at the China Kitchen. Check in was so so as they told us no late check out whatever the level of our Hyatt membership, we stayed at the residence side with an Onsen in the room. Great views of the ski. Our friends stayed at the hotel side and they got late check out. But all in all great for us since our little girl likes this hotel for the multi food experience and the playground plus the wonderful ski lessons by Daisuke, we will be back again

I would like to share a few words with you about our feeling of coming back to your Park Hyatt Hanazono hotel from 29/3/2024 to 3/4/2024. We are beginners of skiing, therefore, our first choice is a ski-in and ski-out hotel. Therefore, last year we came to your hotel and we came back again for further improvement of our skiing. We travelled a long way from the airport to your hotel for almost over 3 hours. However, we didn't receive a warm welcome from your hotel by the time we got out of our car. By the time we checked-in, the handling time took much longer than I expected, maybe we all felt tired after long travelling and wanted to go up to our room. Another guest who was sitting next to me seemed to complain about your service to another staff.. When we arrived at our room, only 3 mandarins were put on the table to welcome us but they did not look very attractive. Next morning, the breakfast was as good as last year, because nothing more had changed. But again, not very welcoming. Our dishes were piling up on the table long before they were taken away. That was not the case last year. We asked guest service to fold up the sofa bed as we wanted it to be more spacious. However, I called several to get it done when we came back from skiing in the evening. But we clearly said we could do it when we were out in the daytime. We booked 2 adults and 1 child, however, we could only find 3 adult clothes for onsen. We called guest service to provide us with child cloth for onsen. However, after tidying up, they provided us with another 3 sets of clothes for onsen again. So, my daughter wore oversized clothes to the onsen. It was not like this when we first came here last year. Luckily, on the third day, we met a new and young manager during breakfast, we received a warm welcoming smile for the first time. We chatted for a while and my daughter felt happy with him. Last year, my daughter made some friends here with your staff and learnt some Japanese from your staff. That made her like the Japanese culture and language. Ironically, after folding up the sofa bed, they mistakenly mixed up my daughter white colored soft toy - cinnamoroll - with the bed sheets for the laundry. Luckily, maybe with the help of the young guy, we found it back. My daughter was so delighted, thanks for all your efforts, but however, the soft toy had been shrunk by the laundry machine. The inner tubing was one of our favors in Park Hyatt Hotel, however, it looked obscenity and did not match with the natural scenery and the well-designed architecture surroundings at all. It looked like a facility in a developing country. Next Easter holiday was a late holiday, maybe no more snow for skiing. Originally we had planned to come again with whole families of six for skiing. Maybe it is high time for us to look for another ski-in ski-out hotel, though I have promised the young guy to meet him next year.

Easy access and great in room onsen. Breakfast was good with nice coffee

Hotel is new and breakfast has many choices. It's best hotel in Niseko. Value for money which you pay.
