Beautiful hotel near Luzern. Private beach to the lake is gorgeous with an amazing panoramic view.

位置很好，離湖很近，check in的前台會根據你的預訂，把人分配到不同等級的房間。我們訂的小木屋，洗浴和坐便都是一個樓層共用。如果你是登記單人入住，一定搞清楚會不會給你一個不到一米寬的單人床，而不論你的預訂訊息裏是大床房或者雙床。可能是富人區緣故寸土寸金。木屋樓下有個bar，不預訂吃不上那種，周圍不乏來度假的豪車。

是很古老的木屋建築，很漂亮也很大，還挺多人入住的。就是交通吃飯不太方便，如果搭乘的士衹能叫前台幫忙約，死貴死貴了 剛好到達的時候在下雪，挺漂亮的

非常漂亮的酒店 小木屋風格 就是房間外面樓道太暗了 需要小心 酒店有兩棟樓，對面那棟近湖，可以游泳。 酒店地下一樓有桑拿，可是好像不分男女，很疑惑。 靠近酒店那棟樓的二樓提供免費咖啡 茶和熱水。 可以泡咖啡後去湖邊喝。

小木屋太一般了，湖邊的城堡酒店好，一個酒店價格不一樣但是一定要選貴的湖邊的城堡房間

Beautiful location with lake view behind the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient to local restaurants. Standalone AC in room. The drawbacks (for American tourists) were no ice bucket for drinks (ice available in small quantities at front desk), TV channels only in German, and the bathtub/shower was dangerous for older people with high step entry/exit with no handrail.

Funky and fun hotel. Friendly staff and excellent sauna. Really nice mini-park on the lake for relaxing. Short hike up the hill to the S3 train for a quick ride into town. I would definitely stay again especially since it’s cheaper than staying in Lucerne.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. The rooms are large and comfortable. Delicious breakfast. Beautiful environment. I got much more than I expected. I will come back with my family. I really loved this place.

The experience I had was a very good one in the 3 days I stayed here. From the reception I was gifted with an upgrade of the room. Although I booked a room without own bathroom, the new Viking room given was exaclty what I needed after my full business days: quiet, clean & cozy room, excellent sheets, nice bathroom with cool cleaning package, excellent view. The breakfast was really good and diverse. Oh and very closed to the train station.

I stayed at the Swiss Chalet Merlischachen on a friend’s recommendation as I wanted to avoid a touristy location and experience a typical Swiss hotel. This was exactly what I wanted, and it was a wonderful experience. The staff were very friendly and the hotel had a great lawn facing the lake and was very active in the evening. The room was a very small one and had no attached toilets, but was ok for a one-night stay.

One of the most beautiful and queit places i ever seen in my life, a couple of minutes drive from luzern city you will arrive to a place that is like heaven, the view is unbelieveble the staff is realy nice and always helpful and the rooms are very clean. also the breakfast is very good. averall 10/10

Guys, yesterday, we had a night stop near Lucerne at Schloss Hotel and shared our lunch at Swiss Chalet restaurant with the whole family. Kids were happy with their “monstruous hamburgers“ with French fries. My wife and I started with the curry soup with prawns and went on with the “Rösti & Leberli“, a typical recette. We had a walk after that, to see those nearby very old Swiss Chalets and enjoyed a quiet night, just over the lake shore. A unexpected nice experience and all in all, a very affordable package indeed.

The hotel was very unique, clean and nice with reasonable price. excellent breakfast and free coffee during the day. warm and nice staff, they upgraded us without even asking for it. a place which i will return.

Un village où II y a plein de travaux ( c’est la suisse ) au bord de la route Le Schloss-Hotel où nous avons passé la nuit : Comme on dit ; une fois mais pas deux .. tout est vieillot , aucun service 4 étoiles et la réception ne répond pas la nuit malgré 4 coups de fil !! Certes une chambre de 30 mètres carrés prolongée par une terrasse .. mais lnecleurzge est déficient et fort désagréable . Le vieux petit frigo ( 1 eau et un coca offert) est branlant Aucune ambiance , pas de dépliant en français aucun conseil de visite et plus de 300 euros !! La honte Le petit déjeuner se prend en face dans le Swiss hôtel .. il y a ce qu’il faut mais pas pratique du tout À ne pas renouveler Ps : la carte luzern qui vous est envoyée ne sert à rien car le village ne peut pas en profiter
