The hotel is ok, just the services not the best the breakfast not the best , but acceptable .for-example only hot milk have . ,no cold milk.no coffee also,or any cold drink.many food. Like dabanji. felt, its left from last day .overall. The hotel is good

酒店門口就有很多停車位，距離庫車老城大概10分鐘車程吧；訂的親子房，入住的時候提到小黃鴨，酒店説沒有特別佈置需要的話可以理科佈置，小孩子喜歡，所以很快就有人來佈置了房間。到此為止都還很滿意。
但是！最後一天來了一個研學團，酒店提前電話問我要不要換樓層，當時已經出去玩了就沒換，想説可能就是抄點唄。結果晚上回來，先是一個老師很大聲的在走廊講話，然後又過了一會兒突然有人砸我房間門，我當時穿着睡衣和小孩在房間，嚇死了好嗎😱，開了門一個女子説她在安排學生入住，巴拉巴拉，也沒有道歉😵💫，好奇這哪家研學團，這砸門管理對學生態度也太惡劣了吧。接着老師離開後，學生們就開始跨房間互動了，我覺得吵就去把窗户關上，立刻有個女生大喊“誰把窗户關上了！”第二天早上7：30，有人在走廊用喇叭呼喚大家吃早餐。雖然説不是酒店的錯，但我覺得你還是管理上可以做的更好吧，研學團難道是當天才臨時來入住的麼?完全可以提前給他們規劃到單獨的樓層啊。

續住，有洗衣房，確實解決行李帶太多衣服的問題，但一洗衣機故障，建議如預算可以且遊客客户多，住宿客人的確多，應至少具備三套洗烘乾機設備為佳，生意興隆。有送機服務，值得下次續住。

房間很大，設備很新，地段方便，有自己的停車場，早餐豐富，牛奶是真正的純牛奶沒有兑水，放置一會居然出奶皮了，豆漿也非常醇厚。服務態度好。洗漱區分了三個區域，適合一家人出行，缺點就是洗澡間和廁所的隔斷是透明的，有點尷尬。

前台服務很到位，房間整潔乾淨，停車方便，對面全是好吃的，推薦推薦房間很不錯，就是標間乾濕分離很好，淋浴間沒有掛衣服的差點。服務員很滿意。

設施：房間和官宣的一模一樣，不像有些酒店貨不對板。這樣的裝修配置和商務五星沒區別了。停車方便，早餐也挺好的。
服務：定好了酒店，想諮詢一下早餐。前台的凱莉小mm就加了我一個微信。知道我們是三個成人入住，熱情的給我們升級了家庭房。好暖。
這次南疆行，感覺淡季來新疆性價比真的直接拉滿啊！

本次入住總體感覺很不錯，入住前前台客服就提前打電話確認訂單房型以及客户住宿需求，到店後辦理入住時速度也快，酒店應該是近兩年新建的，設備設施都比較新，酒店房間設計也很新潮，不僅乾濕分離，馬桶和淋浴也是分開的，非常方便。我們訂的是慕思床墊大床房，睡着確實舒服，酒店雖然臨街，但很安靜，本來就是過路庫車，抱着試一試的態度隨便訂的，結果真的還不錯。以後如果還有旅行過站，一定還會再訂這家酒店，另外，表揚一下酒店客服的響應速度，非常滿意！
