best hotel in Kunshan. I will visit again when I come to Kunshan

The inside pool is great - the water was comfortable warm, not like many other places too cold, while the rooms were a bit over heated and not adjustable. Otherwise still a good choice.

Furniture too old and not clean

We chose the Crowne Plaza for its Western restaurant. Upon inquiry we asked about the restaurants and was sent to the 5th floor restaurant that only serves local cuisine. Again we asked the 5th floor restaurant where we can enjoy Western food. We were sent back down to the first floor where we found the western restaurant had closed down. It was upsetting to be sent from place to place and not properly informed about dining options. We had to enjoy a mediocre dinner in the nearby shopping center. The occasion was planned for the guest's bridal celebration dinner since she's leaving China and will get married abroad. I'm sorely disappointed in the uninformed restaurant manager and would hardly recommend staying at the Kunshan Crowne as the other Crowne Plaza's I've stayed at was a much better experience.

皇冠假日酒店，全家親子游喜歡住的酒店。這次來崑山，老婆的公司團建也選了皇冠假日酒店。跟着自費住了一晚。訂了一間雙床房，1.35米的床。健身房非常滿意，設備齊全，喜歡健身的住了這家店一定要去練練的。早餐的熱菜不多，咖啡也一般般。

週末帶娃入住崑山皇冠假日酒店，主要是想吃酒店自助餐看介紹不錯，果然體驗下來確實不錯，性價比很高，大閘蟹看着不大但是個個很飽滿，我反正是吃了7.8個有的哈哈哈哈，羊排三文魚小火鍋等等都嚐了一遍味道都很不錯，服務員收餐盤也比較勤快，月底還準備去吃呀😍酒店床品乾淨睡的舒適，花灑水壓大洗完澡很舒服，電話前台要求要一雙小朋友拖鞋，於是來了一位叫朱正元的大叔給送來了小朋友的拖鞋浴袍洗漱用品和水，給大叔服務點贊👍

去陽澄湖吃螃蟹，晚上住進崑山皇冠假日酒店。酒店自動升級為豪華房，房間寬敞乾淨，服務人員很熱情，服務人員朱正元送小童牙刷和小零食，感覺很温馨。早餐種類挺多。 酒店地址也很好，緊鄰商業，還可以去逛逛。

整體不算新，但皇冠也差不到哪裡去，無功無過，對得起這個房價！順便説一下，看到有評論説停車不方便，其實也是憑運氣的，我們週六晚餐時間到，還有很多車位！套餐含大閘蟹晚餐自助餐，還行！不錯！

説是給我免費升到行政房 2101 浴室地磚竟然是碎的 直接卡腳上了 還好沒流血 玻璃上也一層灰 設施比較老 反應了也沒得到反饋 還好衹是自己住 沒帶領導客户去

設施：酒店設施有點老了，很多插座都不好用，送的充電線也是壞的，硬件確實有待提高了， 服務：酒店員工服務挺不錯的，尤其是前台經理James，從頭到尾耐心的為我介紹了酒店各個營業場所的以及解答了一些問題，非常專業非常nice！
