Stayed at hualuxe for 2 nights with my family. Location is fantastic if you like greenery and close to the city. Excellent facilities. Everything can be done. My wife did a yoga session and kids enjoyed kids club. Staff is very helpful is assisting our needs. In particular Ms Poppy Cai helped us with taxi bookings and bookings. Only issue we had is a very unstable WiFi connection in the room so hence 4 star. Didn't really ask the staff to look into it so can't blame them.

The photo session arranged by the hotel was a highlight of our trip. Highly recommended for a luxurious and memorable stay in Kunming!" Note : location wise is near to Dianchi lake and Yunnan nationalities village. During weekend may have some to traffic jam around the hotel entrance.

The location of this hotel is excellent, very close to tourist attractions near Dianchi lake and Xishan (West mountain). Hotel staff are friendly and keen to assist. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. There are a few hot spring pools available for hotel guests to enjoy. And swimming pool, etc. I am quite happy with the stay at this hotel. Highly recommended!

Very family friendly hotel, great service, beautiful scenarios and delicious breakfast. My kid enjoyed their swimming pools and garden area so much and kept mentioning them after we left. I should also mention that the photography package came along with the hotel reservation was such an excellent deal. Our photographer 梨子 from 恒壹旅拍 was super professional and patient with kids. We are really satisfied with the experience and enjoyed the beautiful photos we got to take home with.

Service staff at the executive floor, Fairy, was fantastic. Room was clean and spacious. Hot spring pools outdoor can be hotter and less chlorinated.

Great hotel if you are looking for a place with a great view and close to the ethnic village. Service from Kaia was great! She addressed all the questions we had and helped us with our luggages and needed amenities. It’s a family-place with a number of children, hence if you are looking for a more adult-friendly place with some quietness this may not be the place for you

Everything is good, but food (in-room dining) is atrocious. My 2nd meal consist of mostly chilli and bones; barely any meat. Employee was sincerely apologetic after I feedbacked.

We arrived at 8:30pm and the front desk was short staffed (only one person for such a big hotel). Need to wait to be served. Location is great. And our room is modern, spacious, and nice. Food is average though.

I loved my stay at Hualuxe. I was able to talk to them through wechat before coming to confirm Covid-19 testing policies. The service was great, he hotel was clean, and the grounds are beautiful! The staff was very helpful and assisted me in booking a car to visit the Stone Forest. The location is far from the city. I loved being close to the lake and walked there a few times. Overall, it was a great stay!

Very accommodating and great amenities. Loved the buffet breakfast and the hot pools. Wish the big pool would have been heated, very chilly.
