I had a great stay here. The room was clean, beautiful, spacious, and felt very cozy. The hotel is on the 10th floor, and going up and down is easy because they have 4 elevators. There’s a small minimart on the ground floor which is nice. The location is also very convenient just a short walk to the shopping area. I highly recommend it!

Value for money. Very clean and all amenities like shampoo, soap, toiletries, towels, provided. Bed comfortable for us as couple. It's on 10th floor of an apartment building. They took the whole floor. The receptionist was very helpful and goes out of the way to use a translate app to communicate with us as we cannot speak Mandarin. Near Tangzixiang metro station so easy to move around but didi is also cheap, and easy to call a car.

Very friendly and helpful staff. It's just around the corner from Pedestrian street. The sheets and mattress were some of the best I've slept on in China. Braiding decorated and clean. The traffic noise is a little bit loud, but after a full day of walking, it blends into sleep music.

The location of this hotel Is very convenient and close to all the pedestrain walking streets and malls. The hotel is on the 10th floor of a building and you just need to take the elevator up and then you will be greeted by a friendly receptionist. They have flowers in the hallway and in each room. The staff also brings you some fruit and cookies daily. They doing have a scale as we need to weigh out luggage and went out of their way to get one for us from home this time. The rooms are clean.

Price and Location is good, near to mall and restaurant. Owner is friendly, room and corridor decorate with fresh flower. We get free fruit and cookies from owner as well.

Modern hotel on a floor of a large older building, on the main road. 10 mins walk to the Nanping pedestrian area. Very helpful friendly reception and great value for money for the Nanping area. Convenience store right downstairs.

Room is spaces and clean, just few steps walk to 南墙路. Staff is helpful and very polite. Great location to get didi taxi

The location of this hotel is the best. Right beside Nan Qiang Walking Street Night Market. It is inside an office block (level 10) and the room is comfortable, clean and well managed. The operator is also very friendly and kind. There are a few popular eateries within 5 mins walk. Good place to stay in Kun Ming. Look for this shop and guardhouse and you will find the hotel entrance.

ที่พักอยู่ชั้น10 อาคารภายนอกดูเก่า แต่ทั้งชั้น10รวมถึงห้องพักดูดี สะอาด ใหม่ มีดอกไม้ประดับทั้งทางเดิน รวมถึงในห้อง กลิ่นดอกไม้หอมมาก ไม่มีกลิ่นบุหรี่ ห้องกว้าง สะอาด ทำเลที่ตั้งดี เจ้าของเป็นกันเอง ให้ขนมต้อนรับมาด้วย ห้องไม่มีแอร์ แต่มีพัดลมแอร์ ซึ่งเย็นทั่วห้อง เตียงนุ่ม ให้หมอน4ใบ ปลั๊กเป็นแบบ universal มีบริการน้ำหยิบได้ฟรีเรื่อยๆ ห้องน้ำแยกโซนเปียกแห้ง แต่ไม่มีสายฉีดชำระ กับห้องไม่ค่อยเก็บเสียง โดยรวมถ้ามาคุนหมิง จะมาพักซ้ำ

民宿位於市中心寫字樓十樓，凌晨兩點到達民宿，前台大哥熱心帶路停車&建新園吃過橋米線，在昆明都住這裏，中間離開幾天還是回到這裏，吃喝玩樂按其推薦均不踩雷，樓下就是南強街巷（夜市）和祥雲美食城，離金馬碧雞坊和南屏步行街步行很近，其實南強街巷周邊吃喝玩樂足夠了。房間內外鮮花布置，不愧花都，乾淨温馨，賓至如歸。
