The stay was beyond our expectations and we fully enjoyed our stay. Everything worked well and host was very friendly to us! Will come again if there's chance

We are Americans from Hong Kong and traveled to Kunming for our Easter holiday. The positives of this hotel: 1. it was beautiful. The design and furnishings were very well done and the room itself was exceptionally clean. 2. The owners were so kind. We arrived way after the tea time hour, but they still provided our family with cappuccinos and fresh fruit, free of charge. Both were delicious and our children were so excited about the gourmet coffee art. 3. The mattress in the main bed area was very comfortable. Not a typical “hard” mattress like many hotels in China. Another bonus: it was actually a KING size, which we rarely see outside the US! 4. The breakfast was Chinese style and the rice noodles were delicious! The hotel also had a beautiful courtyard area to eat outside. A few items to be aware of: 1. although the hotel was in a neighborhood near the lake, the neighborhood itself was a bit strange. We could tell it was meant to be a beautiful, well-to-do neighborhood of modern villas, but more than half the neighborhood was unused and/or under construction so it wasn’t as lively feeling in the evening because it was so dark and desolate seeming. It was beautiful in the daylight though! 2. This is not a big hotel chain, just an independent boutique style hotel operating in one of these villas. 3. There are no optimal eating spots near the hotel. You have to take a 20-30 minute Didi (taxi) ride to the nearest area with a lot of restaurants. However, if you like street food, there is a street food carnival area about 10 minutes away via walking (walk north along boardwalk bordering the lake.) Overall, because of the kindness of the owners, the cleanliness and modernity, delicious breakfast, and comfortable mattress, we would definitely choose this hotel again for a one-night stopover.

Very convenient location, just near Dianchi. Situated among some landed houses. Also got complimentary afternoon tea set. Pretty nice coffee.

環境很好，就在大壩旁邊。不管是散步還是散步豆非常方便。 可能是我們來的時候是淡季，房間衞生維護的情況堪憂。地毯臟，提供的毛巾上有體毛（強烈建議住任何酒店都自備一次性毛巾）。 當然服務不錯，不過早餐就不要有什麼期待了，建議早點起床出去吃點當地特色。

設施：非常全面 衞生：很乾凈，每天都打掃 環境：挨着滇池，一出門就是，非常方便 服務：老闆很配合，有任何需求都會滿足，謝謝老闆，祝您生意興隆，財源廣進

此次出遊共訂了2間房，民宿在別墅區內，離滇池索道北門比較近，出小區門就能看見滇池，房間全智能化，乾淨衞生，老闆娘的手沖咖啡很不錯，私房菜做的味道也超讚，下次再來還選她家。

地理位置很好！就在滇池對面，出去就直接面對滇池奧！吃喝也方便！感覺住在滇池對面的別墅裏。真的是別墅！衹是我們住其中一間！很滿意！點餐也很好吃！酒店底樓就有！別墅區其他樓裏也可以逛逛！非常愜意！

老闆很温柔熱情，房間很乾凈。滇池旁，別墅區內，環境幽靜，乘坐滇池索道也很方便，小區出門走一會就到，還有滇池公園，雲南民族村，都很方便。

第三次到昆明瞭，專門選了滇池旁邊一家很有特色的名宿，在一個別墅羣裏。晚上很安靜，住起來特別舒服，而且還有豐盛的早餐。特別要説的是老闆對傢俱特別有品位，所以傢俱都是這兩年的網紅單品。大愛，下次還來你們家。

這家酒店真的令人印象深刻！別墅房型獨具特色，空間寬敞且環境優雅。離電池海埂大壩很近，出門就可以喂海鷗。特別值得一提的是，酒店的咖啡相當正宗。從咖啡豆的精心挑選，到專業的研磨與沖泡工藝，每一個環節都盡顯品質！

民宿在靠近滇池的別墅區，小區環境不錯。房間無窗，如果不開空調會比較悶，通風通氣比較差，上的全屋智能，包括智能馬桶蓋，實用性比較好。老闆娘和服務員服務很好，有贈送下午茶，可以洗自己做飯。

熱心的小姐姐～感覺還不錯，位置很好

一家三口的最優選擇，小朋友睡高低床，今天下鋪，明天上鋪😀 位置在一個別墅小區內，店家用別墅改裝的房間，設施齊備，各個房間都不一樣，出小區門就是海埂大壩，往左走5分鐘即是纜車站，離民族村步行也就10分鐘，方便。
