Below expectations. Except for a serenely quiet and peaceful location away from the main road and waking up in the clouds every morning, there is nothing to be desired. The road leading up to the hotel is terrifyingly narrow, poorly paved and very steep. The bathrooms tilings in the 2 units (rooms 9 & 11) we stayed are uneven and become stagnant with water constantly.

No WiFi, the road is very bad for going in to the hotel. Very inconvenience. Got dust mites issue, causing skin sensitive and unable to sleep. The staff service very good. Got friendly dogs. The ceiling going to fall down. Water heater need to wait long time and hot water very fast finish. No TV. Got water filter but no water.

A charming place with cozy surroundings. You can walk around the area, and there are also benches and tables to spend time in nature.
Rooms can be chilly after sunset, but there is a warm blanket on the bed.
Very nice staff, they helped me buy a bus ticket and helped to find a taxi driver

Had a really pleasant stay here. The room was clean, the location is great with a nice peaceful vibe, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Amenities were well maintained and everything felt comfortable. Definitely a good place to relax and unwind. Would come again!

Quiet and peaceful stay in Kundasang. Not far from town but the Maps and Waze couldn't help to navigate to the stay. Heater, hair dryer and kettle was provided in room.

Really worth the price. Lots of pine trees.
Perfect serenity and escape for hustle and bustle for the price.
Hot water works perfectly fine and it’s even better than some other more expensive stays that we went.
However. The cleanliness of the comforter could be improved a lil bit. It’s a bit dusty. Otherwise. Everything was good
