Location is superb, just 1-2 min walk to Kumamoto station and AMU Plaza. Plenty of eating choices. Room size is great, but comes at a price. Room amenities working fine, room cleaning service is ¥1000/day. Tram and bus stops to places of interest are convenient and close to hotel. Overall a good hotel stay.

Everything was great! The hotel is very near the station, making it super convenient. The room was spotless, the staff were friendly, and the facilities were excellent. Overall, a very satisfying stay — would definitely come back!

The hotel is good. Everything is perfect. But housekeepers do not clean the room everyday. We need to pay for 1000yens. But that's still ok

Hotel is newly renovated. Give a new and upscale look. Location is well located at the bus and train terminal. A big mall with lots of restaurants and shops to dine and shop. Room is small but is good and comfy.

Location is so convenient as the hotel is just next to Kumamoto train station. There is a supermarket at the train station where we could buy affordable but delicious fresh shashimi and eat to our hearts' content. Room is clean, with toiletries at reception. Just pick what you need and don't waste if you don't use, don't take. Will definitely recommend to friends as the location is perfect for older people like us.
