Hello Where to start from We are visiting IHCL BARAGARH FOR THIRD TIME If you are visiting manali plz do visit this place As it has best ambience Ever smiling staff Mouth watering food Quick house keeping We finalised to visit manali Then i tried to call vikishit sharma Well he is really very nice hearted person And true taj person After coming to know I am.platinum member Never ever asked for single payment prior to arrival Vikshit jee was always available whenever needed Though busy person said sir plz visit our hotel then we look after everything Well though he was having some medical issues at home Still he made all arrangements before our visits He said his colleague Mr nitesh Sharma will take good care of us Thankyou vikshit jee Nitesh Sharma: I know mr nitesh Sharma may be from 3 yrs Very nice person He quickly responded and said Sir plz let us know ur arrival.time and we will make it memorable He introduced me to Mr inder dev a person from outdoor activity team And that was the moment Well mr nitesh arranged a bonfire snacks with tents and arranged all high tea and lounge drinks at same place Thankyou Mr nitesh Sharma Exevutive Chef mukesh jee Mukesh jee was first person who personally took us for ride through out property during our last visit in May 2025 This time he welcomed us withfreshly made orange juice Thankyou mukesh jee He personally visited our dinning table and also at our villa and took order personally Momos made by him was really mouth watering Thankyou mukesh jee He is really very nice human being and down to earth Chef though he is Executive chef Chef nandalal He took good care of us During lunch and dinner time May be thumpka soup curd rice paneer chilly mushroom mutter or chicken and fish dishes He made all food really mouth watering Full credit to nandalal Executive Chef mukesh jee snd Chef nandalal With there team Chef - Naveen, Pranshav , Raj Kumar Made our stay memorable Satvinder jee from Rajasthan and Punjab border Was really nice gentlemen and took good care of us And always asking us if we are enjoying our stay HOuse keeping sunil , uttam , wasim , akshay , satya ,inder All house keeping team were always on there toes and in day or night none of them even said a word regarding they are tired or can't give any service They were always on there toes and made us feel royal with there service Restaurant - akshay , amit Both akshay and amit We're seen right from lunch snacks high tea till dinner After working so much They were not at all tired and if we asked anything there reply was always yes That's make taj way beyond other brands There staff always say yes to everything So thankyou akshay and amit ***** with , bhagwan , Jagmohan, Gabe us good service FO - Shabnam , heer Outstanding front office team under Mr nitesh Sharma and vikshit mishra Activities - Inder Extra ordinary young person We enjoyed bonfire with drinks and snacks next to our room itself He

We had an amazing stay at Taj baragarh Resort manali.The view from the terrace is absolutely stunning, perfect for morning tea and sunset photos. The restaurant food was outstanding. Sepu Vadi Ka Madra , beetroot ke kebab was authentic and full of flavour, and the Apple Pie, was the best dessert. Special thanks to Mr. Bhagwan for taking excellent care of our table with his warm service. Also big appreciation to chef Mukesh, Praduman, and ,Akshay And bhagwan for the memorable meals. Great property with great people. Highly recommended!we

Taj Baragarh Hotel is an excellent property. The rooms are well-furnished and offer amazing views. The hotel is very well maintained with high standards of hygiene, and the food was delicious. We especially enjoyed the local cuisine. (Sepu vadi,murgh anardana) Service was exceptional. Special thanks to Bhagwan, Akshay, and Mr. Pradyuman for their warm hospitality, and to Chef Mukesh and the entire restaurant team for making our dining experience memorable. You truly made our stay special. We highly recommend this hotel for all types of trips.

I must say it was an absolutely amazing experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the beauty of the property it is truly stunning and offers a perfect blend of comfort and nature.What made my stay even more special was the exceptional hospitality. The entire staff was incredibly warm, polite, and genuinely caring. I would especially like to appreciate Viksit, Satvinder, Vansh, and Akshay for their kindness, attentiveness, and constant willingness to help. A special thanks to Chef Mukesh as well for the delicious food every meal was a delight. The team went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable, and their efforts did not go unnoticed. It’s rare to experience such genuine hospitality. Thank you for making my stay so memorable. I look forward to visiting again.

We visited this resort in the last week of March 2026. The property is surrounded by lush green snow-capped mountains. The property is part of a giant apple orchard with very few rooms making it quiet, spacious and between nature. The best part about this hotel is its lovely staff. The front desk staff mr. Ranjit, Mr. Vikson and Ms. Shabnam very truely hospitable and ensured a smooth check in. The kitchen staff, Chef Mukesh and Chef Nandlal made sure we were well fed and catered to all our requests very proactively. The waiting staff Mr. Ankit, Mr. Amit and Mr. Punesh pampered us and made our restaurant experience amazing. Overall this is one of the finest property that I have visited and will highly recemmond and will visit soon.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at your beautiful resort for three magical days. From the moment we arrived, your warm hospitality set the tone for pure relaxation and luxury. The experience was exceptional, thanks to Chef Nandlal, who went above and beyond. He was incredibly kind and generous, preparing a delightful apple pie and the local specialty, Siddu on our special request. The entire staff exhibited warmth and professionalism, making our stay truly memorable. Apart from it, a kind gesture on the occasion of our wedding anniversary by Mr. Nitesh at reception was the generous room upgrade he provided – that suite had spacious balcony and stunning view mountains and the river. It turned our trip into an indulgent retreat! We can’t wait to return!

Nice calm serene location. Go for it if you want to avoid rush of Manali but still want to enjoy the weather.
