Grottenschlecht! Servicepersonal aufdringlich und frech, haben sogar noch trinkgeld gefragt.Total runtergekommen und schmutzig, fingertapsen auf allen glatten Flächen, Haare vom Vorgänger auf dem Fußboden komplett verteilt. Die Klobürste mochtest du nicht mal mit der Kneifzange anfassen. Geschweige denn von den bremsspuren des Vorgängers in der Toilette. Wenn du an die Rezeption gegangen bist und dich darüber beschwert hast hast du nur zuhören bekommen dass sie gerade ein personelles Problem haben und dass man warten soll. Wenn du dir am Pool einen Hamburger holen wolltest wurde dieser nicht mit einer Gabel oder mit einer Zange belegt sondern mit den Fingern. Also grottenschlecht ist noch gut bewertet.

very bad experience. i will never ever come again this hotel. breakfast is very poor and no taste. we couldnt find any good average meal either breakfest or dinner. rooms are large enough. but cleanliness is bad. If you don't want to stay hungry, consider better options.

When the property was new I’m sure it was beautiful. As it is not maintained at all it smells moldy, is dirty and not an adequate place to stay. The staff wears hospital scrubs so you feel as you are in a hospital, not a hotel. If the owners just gave the place a facelift and a good cleaning it could be nice. It may be too late for that!

Terrible Hotel - Avoid it with all cost. Worst of the worst. Terrible place from A to Z. I would not recommend to anyone. Poor service and management. I have been working in the hospitality industry since 1997 and it has been the worst hotel I have ever been. I don't even know where to start. Disgustingly dirty rooms, poor service, tastless and poor buffet, broken elevators and helpless management. The worst three days of my life. Hotel is so dirty. Hair on the food. There is only beer that you can possibly drink. They are giving you a hard time when you get a water. They are out of water and bread. You can imagine the rest. How can you be out of bread or water? These are basic needs. It is not all inclusive. This hotel is a rundown hotel with poor management. Waste of money. Stay away for all costs. You will regret it. You are warned. İğrenç derecede kirli odalar, kötü hizmet, tatsız ve zayıf büfe, kırık asansörler ve çaresiz yönetim. Hayatımın en kötü üç günü. Otel çok kirli. Yemekte saç. Sadece içebileceğiniz bira var. Su aldığınızda size zor anlar yaşatıyorlar. Suyu ve ekmeği bitti. Gerisini hayal edebilirsiniz. Ekmeğiniz veya suyunuz nasıl bitebilir? Bunlar temel ihtiyaçlardır. Her şey dahil değildir. Bu otel, kötü yönetimi olan yıkık bir oteldir. Para israfı. Tüm masraflar için uzak durun. Buna pişman olacaksın. uyarılırsınız. Hiç çocuk dostu değil. Birisinin bu mülkte sağlık departmanını araması gerekiyor.

One of my worst stay. Nobody assist you with baggage nor parking. Check in at 2 so you miss lunch. Toilets were dirty. Furniture is old and broken. Air conditioner was just a voice. Had a hard time to change my room.

We had a stay in this hotel previous year as well. At 2021 it was spotless clean all over the place and this is why we decided to come again. This time, that was not the case, when it comes to cleanliness. It pretty much matches reviews by everyone else (room wise). Pool area was clean, restaurant was clean, lobby was clean. This is important as well and these areas were clean. However, rooms were not so clean and if we didn't asked for cleaning on 6th day of our 12 night stay they would not clean them at all for full 12 night stay. By "cleaning rooms" they only change towels. We are mentioning this as on the reception they told us "rooms are cleaned every day". That is not true. In 2021 it was true. This year it is not true. This should really be improved, it is needles to mention that this must be improved. Back to nice things, beach area is clean as well and is taken care of very well. In addition to that, food is really great and there is always a variety of to choose from for each and every meal. We have noticed that there is a lot of people there coming up for 2-3-4 day stay, so they wouldn't notice if someone don't clean in that time. For longer stays, please take care of rooms and clean them more frequently. You'll have much more happy clients, since that is only thing that people are complaining about when it comes to this hotel. Overall this is one very decent place to stay at.
