Very good location and good breakfast .. the room is very clean. I suggest can provide some free toiletries such toothbrush etc

Stayed there a night. Service is good, first room smelled cigarettes, informed and immediately was replaced with another room. Room clean. Not spacious but for couple is enough. Breakfast is okay, not too much variety,but has noodles, porridge, laksa, bread, fried nuggets etc. No milk 🥛 this morning.

Overall good 👍👍👍 always stayed in here when I'm around. Clean room, friendly staff and good location

All is okay however the breakfast meals are a bit mundane. The facilities are sufficient and the room is neat.

The stay was comfortable, room was clean. Frontdesk still can provide hairdryer even when we asked for it in midnight. Breakfast was fairly yummy with few choices.

I like this hotel, location good, nearby all foods, only 7 mins to airport, and is very quiet. Just don’t have tooth brush and toothpaste 🤣 and wifi keep disconnect but overall still satisfied with it. I will still come back next time

The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is a bit decent & bed is rather hard. Limited carpark space.

Front desk, dinning room all look very nice and clean. But in room very horrible dirty. Floor has not been even swept for long time, not mopped for many months or years at least, horrible dirty floor. Toilet bowl has yellowish residue of human ****, not clean for long time. Toilet water flush Buttons and edging have not been wiped and cleaned for at least many months or years. Same for sink. Pillow covers too small can not cover whole pillows, bed sheet also too small can not cover whole bed but only 3/4 of bed. Curtains are so dusty and dirty have not been washed for at least many many years. Room cleaners, services should be either re-trained or retrenched, so should be hotel managers who should oversees all hotel management and cleanliness. Chair is so dirty look like it has not even been clean for at least 5 to 10 years. Tissue paper box and toilet paper are left over from previous guests, not new. There is no hand tower.
