I recently stayed at this hotel for a 3-day, 2-night short and impromptu trip. Here are the pros and cons:
Pros:
1. Exceptional customer service: The staff was incredibly enthusiastic, recommending various tourist destinations and assisting me in finding transportation.
2. Strategic location: The hotel is conveniently located very close to the main city of Kuching.
Cons:
1. Cleanliness concerns: Despite the outstanding customer service, there is a notable need for improvement in cleanliness. Upon my first check-in, I encountered insects and found an issue with the bed. The hotel promptly changed my room, but unfortunately, the problem persisted. After three room changes, the issue was finally resolved, although the cleanliness of the third room still requires improvement.

Overall ok.. Bkfst decent towards simple. Roim niecce but aircond take time to cool.. Using maps to navigate the entrance not showing the correct way.

My second stay in this hotel. The room is quite rundown compared to when it first operating. The pillows smell
bad and the room was not clean (dirty/dusty) when I checked in. Phoned the reception and requested a quick cleaning but none of the cleaners were available.

Best Service and environment. Surrounding nearby of Chinatown have a lot of good food. Spend 15mins walking distance can reach to the waterfront.
