Hotel is near by Unimas Campus. You must drive a car or rent a car to everywhere. Room is big. Air conditioner is cold. Television is small. Light is not enough, a bit dark. Be careful when showering because there are steps. Not much choice for breakfast.

Nice environment but needs transportation to travel around. Recommended for family stay.

Spacious room, comfortable bed.. Clean room.. TV has working Netflix and utube.. Aircond and water heater work well.. Minor downside, I can hear the loud speaker sound most likely from the rooftop bar/restaurant if I'm not mistaken.. But tone down after 12 I think.. Price affordable for room u get..

Stayed here with my sister for 1 night. I liked the design and decorations; however, the staff need to improve their cleanliness, as we found that the toilet bowl had urine in it and some hairs lingering on the floor and bathrobes. Sadly, I didn’t take any photos of it. Otherwise, our stay was great. The sound from the bar was too loud, but we were still able to sleep.

Staff so friendly and easy to deal with . Perfect place to stay either with small or big family . Great one ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This hotel was recon after 20 years of abandoned. In overall, we think that the cleanliness is just acceptable, the piping is leaking making the toilet always wet. Secondly there is a lounge upstairs, it's quite chill. The room noise cancellation is abit bad, can hear noises from the other rooms.

Very clean but toilet bidet was faulty. Shower room wasn't covered fully so it's natural toilet areas became wet. location wise a bit far from everything else so it's bit hard to find food walking distance. I was at 8 floor and a pub/club operated at 9 floor and it lasted till 12 midnight. So forget of sleeping early. Otherwise it was a good stay.

Bed sheets and pillows cover very smelly. Room to dark. Window water liking. And water piping noisy. Whole night got water sounds

Room was huge, hotel has unique design especially the balcony area. Bathroom design is a bit off though. Breakfast was rather limited but reasonable.

The location is between airport and city centre, not much around, always need to take a grab to everywhere. Room is spacious and well equipped, lighting is dim as usual. Bathroom is unfortunately always wet due to the halfway isolated glass door. The cleaning service is daily however performance has rooms to improve, lots of stains and dust remains for many days. Breakfast has very limited options, the only highlight is the egg station, they can make app kinds of egg dishes. No veggie at all. Coffee machine is nice though. Staff are all super friendly and welcoming. Free bottled water, tea bags and instant coffee are provided. Electric kettle and safe are definitely added value. Overall a very reasonable priced hotel for a budget stay,
