Booked a triple room for one night. Overall satisfied with the cleanliness. Worth the price. Hair dryer strong wind and shampoo and body shampoo were provided. Contactless check in and check out. Easy and convenient. If the wall can paint well, then will be look more comfortable and cossy.

It's very dirty and there are many ants and insects.

Its good place to stay in short term and easy to communicated when check in here☺️

The cleanliness of this hotel was unacceptable. There were dead mosquitoes stuck on the bed, and dirty debris fell from the bathroom ceiling area, which was extremely disgusting. I reported the issue immediately and decided not to stay in the room that night because of the poor hygiene. The staff initially told me that a full refund would normally be given in this situation. However, the next day they changed their statement and said their management did not approve it. A few days later, they agreed via WhatsApp that they would process a refund, but then they rejected the request on Trip. After that, they stopped responding to my messages entirely. This was a very disappointing experience due to both the cleanliness and the way the issue was handled.

The room was clean, the air conditioning was very cold, the staff were quite attentive, and the accommodation was also very conveniently located.

I apologize for bringing this up, but please tell your staff to speak politely to customers. They shouldn't be rude; since it was my first time, I needed things explained step-by-step , you can't just expect me to know that the registration process is the same for every hotel. Also, please let guests know upfront what needs to be done so I don't have to wait a long time just to call your staff for registration. That’s all. Thank you.

The stay was quite disappointing. There were a lot of ants in the room, which made it uncomfortable and unhygienic. Soundproofing was very poor, and noise could be heard clearly from outside and nearby rooms. There is no parking provided, which is very inconvenient for guests with cars. Attempts to contact the management were frustrating — phone calls were not answered, and WhatsApp replies were extremely slow, then completely stopped. Overall, the service and facilities did not meet expectations, and I would not recommend this place.

Good location and friendly staff. The hotel is well located, making it easy to travel around. Staff were warm, attentive, and always willing to help. Comfortable stay and would consider coming back again.

The location is very convenient, with plenty of food courts and seafood restaurants nearby, making it easy to find good food. The room facilities are quite basic and could be improved. The wall outside the bathroom has some peeling paint and looks a bit worn. However, the bathroom itself was very clean. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, mainly because of the great location and cleanliness. I would consider staying here again.
